# uh,oh...did I make a mistake?

I’ve ordered Androstenone, but now the more I read, I think I confused it with TAL! :o Can a (37 yo) female wear small amounts of -none for self affects, similar to TUTH? Should this be “softened” with other [pheromones](https://a314.com/), so as not to come off as a cranky bitch? Or should I just give this to my husband?

I also have IS/a, EoW, IS(2x), MX135, CTTM. Thanks so much for any help!

Did you order Androstenone or TUTH because some women on the forum has used a small amount just before sex. You will have to do a search or ask for details.

I personally have never used it and would call Steve our [pheromone](https://pheromonelabs.com/) expert for more advice. Tel 800-671-6464 ext 1 or 2 .

You can use small amounts of anone. Generally women do not use it on its own though so I suggest just using a dab or 2 with other female mixes or mones. It is the primary pheromone in TUTH.

Women do naturally make small amounts of anone. When we use it with a female mix it can make men more aggressive in their pursuit. It also increases arousal in some women. To much though and it throws the ratio off a bit and you can become cranky and feel out of sorts.
