VERY shy, I seem to exude no pheros at all. Especially when a teen I was lean and muscular with an ordinary shaped face, blonde hair and freckles. But not the one any girl would give a 2nd glance. I had a friend who was short, heavy and bow legged and the girls would fall over each other to get his attention. Looking to attract ladies in casual encounters or at parties. ---

AMMO would definitely be the best starting point for you. Also pick up some [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) or CTTM, either should help you with your shyness problem. Pheromones won’t be the complete answer to your problem though. You will have to change your mindset when going out and be more congruent with the pheromones. Just gotta have confidence man. For building confidence I always recommend A314 for new users. As time goes by your alpha will come out. ---

Next question, what product should be used in HIGH humidity and heat climates like the Texas Gulf Coast? I am considering β€œAlpha A314” and β€œ[Turn Up the Heat](https://a314.com/product/turn-up-the-heat-tuth/)” It is a chore to sort through the flowery hype and hone in on real 411 at this site.
