Hi.. I’m a newbie in all this phero thingies. Just got my order (IS/A, [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) (to go) and Instant Honesty (to go)).. and currently I’m looking at the bottles with no idea whatsoever how to start 😕.. I know I’m an idiot but could anyone help me with this?? -How do/Can you mix and match these three?? -Where exactly to spray so it’ll bring the best result? -Can I spray on my perfume on the place that I spray the pheromones?? \<–or would it compromise the result? - How many sprays would be ideal? I know usually it’ll be 1-3 sprays but say if I want to mix two pheromones, would that be 3 sprays per pheromone?? or total of 3 sprays for both? Sorry, I’m excited but at the same time kinda freaking out too 😛. Does anyone feels the same the first time they got their first order?? Or am I the only one who’s weird 😃 ---

Hey Crizz, it’s gonna be A-OK. I’m sure some of the smart ladies will be along soon with some better advice, but lemme just tell ya to relax. 🙂 The usual newbie baptism is to just spray on a spray of each and go to a mall or grocery store and wander about feeling like you have no idea what’s gonna happen and then nothing does. It’s OK to do that most of us have done it. 🙂 A better way to start is to pick one and use it by itself for a week or so, varying the amount you wear each day and going some days without until you start to understand what works best for you. Do that for each thing you have. I see this is just your second post. If you haven’t done so already take a minute to post in the Introductions section of the forum. It’s a great place to get some advice on getting started. Good luck and welcome! ---

Hi Crizz … Nope you aren’t weird _(anymore than the rest of us anyway)_ Ren the Master has provided some excellent advice & he’s right a few of the ladies will come along with at least one taking you under their wing then you’re flyin before you know it. I would suggest you search posts for each of the products you have but DON’T … test them yourself & pay close attention to the self-effects then move on to how others react. You can always come back & search then to compare notes. Good people here who will give good advice. Relax a little & just enjoy. ---

For self effects, the neck/chest area is best. For effects on others, the hair and wrists have worked well for me. As I mentioned earlier, you need to experiment with each one to find the best dosage for you. Once you have that down, then you can do the same with combinations of two, and so on. Hey Crizz, Welcome to phero talk 🙂 I had the same O.O omg! reaction when i got my first bottles.You’re so not an idiot. Instant honesty is a very chatty cuddly sort of thing in my experience haven’t tried IS/a or IS/b yet Instant openness doesn’t seem to do anything but make me feel happy while it makes the guys around me chatty. We all have different reactions. A good way to start is with one spray of one product. You can do that for a day or two or three or half a day if you’re really antsy.Most products wear off withing 6-8 hours btu it depends on a lot of factors.IE. Body heat, weather and ectra. 🙂 I think the preference in terms of reporting is one product per week until you’re used to them although that may be for the advance products. 🙂 I’m new too.Silly kitty covered a lot and is a more experienced phero user. If a product seems to bother you or you don’t want the self effects another place to apply is the back or back of neck.You CAN apply perfume over the products. And also if you want to remove a product without showering from skin the boys have figured out hydrogen peroxide,witch hazel and rubbing alcohol work pretty well.However, with girls the pheros seem to be fine to shower off prolly the lack of -none use? Correct me if I’m wrong gals 🙂 Nothing to fear from these little vials lol and no you don’t need to apply equal amounts of each phero. That’s one of the reasons we test each one solo and then mix 🙂 one phero may be good at one spray and another itself may require two or 3 for effect. Something for later. 🙂 once you’ve used the pheros for awhile and know what they do some of the girls mix them into a handful of bodylotion right before applying it 🙂 Ie one spray to a bit of lotion 🙂 I haven’t tried that myself yet but if your skin is dry it may be helpful later to know.
