Day 1: So I wore my [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/) for the first time today. Here is what I wore: 2x A314 ALPHA (neck and behind ears, both sides) 1x [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) (right wrist) 1x [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) (left wrist) First, I noticed a change in how I was acting. I was borderline asshole. My Ex, who treated me like complete shit during the relationship, was weirder thank usual. Might be because I’m finally over her and standing up to her. But w/e. So the girl I’m talking to now seemed more comfortable around me than she did ever before (we have just been chatting for about a week, nothing much yet). I’ll let you all know where it goes. Also, when I was hugging my friend she complimented on me the smell, probably the ALPHA. I stopped at Starbucks after school and the girl in front of me in line kept looking at me then looking away really fast when I was turning my head in her direction. Overall, it was a positive day. There wasn’t anything out of the ordinary. I did feel more assertive, however it may have been excessive. I think I’ll wear the same colognes in the same spots tomorrow and see what comes of it. * * * I haven’t been able to post about the days in between but I wore the same things with mostly the same results. My crazy ex was staring at me and whenever I looked over she would turn away quickly. She and a friend prank called my friends and me Friday night. My friends were with me at the time if this all. They finally said who was and I told her I didn’t want anything to do with her and she should find a mature way to have fun, instead of getting drunk and making prank calls. So I hope she leaves me alone. The girl I am into still is showing signs and I’m going to try to get her number this week. I did ask her if she was interested in looking into an art class we could take together; she said she would most likely do it but she needed to clear it with her parents. Also tonight I ran out of cigs and needed to go run out and get some (I’m 17 and most places around me are cracking down on carding ☹). I put on some ALPHA and headed out. Now I do look about 20 or so but the closest place to home is a Wawa that I always get carded at. I ask for the pack I wanted and he was about to ring it up then asked for ID. Smoothly, I said, “Well I didn’t think I would need it…” He seemed flustered or confused on what he should do (it is always “Oh sorry I can’t sell them”, but not this time). He hesitated for a little bit but then actually sold them to me. Definite hit 🆒. Also at school I seems I am getting more respect, eventhough I am one of the most respected there. All the girls treat me as a superior almost and the guys I don’t really talk to stay out of my way. Tomorrow I am going to take a break from the ALPHA and see what goes down. ---

Okay so today I just wore some Instant Shine and AMMO (took off from the A314 ALPHA). I just used: 2x-AMMO to front of my neck 3x Instant Shine (1 shared with wrists and 1 on each side of my neck). My friends seemed more relaxed around me and it seemed that I was more approachable than with ALPHA or without pheromones period. Overall it was an average day. My friends were trying to make plans with me, which isn’t uncommon. My week is kinda booked because of it. So it seems more people want to talk to me and associate with me than when I am pero-free. I am anticipating a shipment soon (hopefully it’ll come tomorrow afternoon) It’s 3 TOGO bottles of [Instant Female Magic](https://a314.com/product/instant-female-magic/), Instant Openness, and Instant Honesty. I will keep up to date with my day to day experiences with pheros. I am also considering buying Spaceland and Turn Up the Heat in the future, which I am anxious to see the results of. ---

my areas cracking down too, you from pa? I’m so nice to people and they tend to take advantage of me, but ever since i got some phero’s a lot of guys are avoiding me. not all haha, just the people i dun feel like dealn’ with. pussyish? eh im just tired as shit in school, always sore from liftn’. ---

Yea I live in South Eastern PA. The respect I command with ALPHA is great. Sometimes I feel almost uncomfortable because everyone I see has more respect for me than they did previously, which was still up there. It makes me feel above some people, socially. That could be a problem though. ---

haha oh ok my dad was looking for a bussiness around there not tooo long ago actually, and i have some friends up there.. erm my God mothers up there kindof hahaa, in like north wales, which i guess is kindof further out. but uhm yeah i ordered some pheros i hope they work. and i dun think they have alpha in a to go size so im a just wait to see what happens. ---

Alright. It was another usual day for the most part. I wore the following: 2x ALPHA behind ears 2x Instant Shine on wrists 3x Ammo (1 on chest 2 in hair) I was holding a good conversation with the girl I am still interested in. We talked for about 15 minutes or so. She also sat next to me in the lounge of the school (not really a big deal but whatever). I also brought my TOGO bottle of AMMO to school. I took the label off so nobody would know what it really was. I had a lot of my friends smell it and they were amazed. It is Game scented and I love it too. I have never smelled the original AMMO scent and am not sure if I want to since i love the Game scent so much. The DHL guy just dropped off my recent order that had all TOGO bottles: Instant Honesty, Instant Openness, [Instant Female Magic](https://a314.com/product/instant-female-magic/), and an extra, Instant Gentleman. I’ll let you all know how tomorrow works out. I hope the Instant Openness and Instant Female Magic help to relax more around me. ---

The lady at Seven Eleven was more cheerful than usual and let me get cashback even though I only bought a water. She said, “I’ll only let you do it because it’s you.” Or something like that. Also it seemed more people wanted to talk to me. It got a little annoying because I can tend to be an elitist and EVERYONE was talking to me… But I am a kind elitist 😛. So the girl I am interested in was also looking to me more than she usually does. It was of the “oh he saw me looking” then look away real quick nature. Also she was in the hall across from me and we locked eyes and said “hi” even though we were talking a few minutes before that. We’re both kind of shy but I need to take more initiative in talking to her so she doesn’t get the idea I’m an asshole or uninterested. I’m going to go ahead and experiment with more Instant Openness tomorrow. ---

I was expecting more people to initiate conversations with me. Or maybe it was just the person I wanted to mainly talk to didn’t really initiate. I still had a nice conversation with the girl. She sat next to me but I had to start talking to her (as I said she is shy). If anybody has some suggestions on what pheros would work that’d be nice. I’m thinking she is the type who likes a mature guy with social status (which I do have) and having the guy initiate. So I am positive ALPHA is a good phero with her. I do have to say what I am using is working well. All the work is up to me now. Also when I was smoking outside Seven-Eleven (this is part of my daily week day ritual, getting my morning cig in) one of the employees headed out to get one in too. He was talking to me for about 6 minutes about how a company will give you a free car (because it is plastered with advertisement for their company). Oh the way it was brought up was because there was one pulling out of the parking lot. Anyway I had finished my cig and waited for there to be a break in the conversation so I could get what I needed and get to school. Another girl in my school was talking to me a bit too. I am pretty sure she likes me but I don’t have any interest in a relationship with her. Like I said this stuff does work but it’s too bad you can’t choose who you want it to affect the most. ---

I would say you should not be using that many sprays. 8 X [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/)? I would say you never need 8 sprays total.. of any combination of pheros. You need to wear 3-4 drops and see how that goes, it was working why change the dose? you can’t just use the pheros to make something happen.. just be yourself and use an amount that will relax people and not confuse or overwhelm them. ---

Instant Shine x2 – Sides of Neck [Instant Female Magic](https://a314.com/product/instant-female-magic/) x2 – Back of Neck Instant Honesty x3 – Wrist Area Instant Gentleman x2 – Behind Ears Instant Openness x3 – Wrist Area and Front of Neck I wasn’t really getting any hits it seemed at all. I don’t really know what’s happening but the girl I’m interested is kind of avoiding me it seems. Well not avoidance, she seems to be distancing from me and not hanging around me as much. Today I went with: [Instant Gentleman](https://a314.com/product/gentleman/) x2 - Behind Ears That’s all. I’m starting how I should have, with patience. I did walked smoother than usual. I usually am just walking and it feels my leg flails out or something once in a while. I know… it sounds weird… I am usually just tense in general and I guess that happens, but whatever. I felt calm and collected for the most part. However, I am still at that point where I get overwhelmed a little when talking to those girls I am interested in; so I kinda do that little thing where I lose words and whatnot. I got along with my teachers more. I joked around with one who is in his mid 30s. I am usually kind of serious with him but I just felt loose. I would usually get offended if there was a joke at my expense from him but nothing seemed to bother me as much as usual. My worries were turned down and it was a more relaxing day for me. ---

Went with: [Instant Gentleman](https://a314.com/product/gentleman/) x2 - Behind Ears, Rubbed in with Wrists AMMO x1 - Shared on Wrists School went well for the most part. I am making more of an effort to talk to the girl I’m interested in. However my friend didn’t think I was acting fast enough with her so he asked her if she wanted to go get coffee with him and me. She said yes but with him asking it makes me look bad in a way. After school I refreshed my cologne and went to the mall. At the Starbucks the woman was basically stumbling on her words when she was talking to me. Also a cute woman at a stand was handing out lotion samples. She was holding my hand and feeling it. She asked me my age and I told her I was 17. I look like I am in my early 20s though so whatever. She also said I could give it to my girlfriend if I had one. I said I didn’t and she got a kind of excited look. She was still feeling my hand the whole time, it was about 5 or so minutes. A group of girls all turned around when I was there (pretty young looking but still cute). They all turned around as I was about to walk by them and stared at me. They followed my friends and me. Then we stopped in a store and left a couple minutes later. The girls were right near it in the hall and giggled and called us stalkers. Kind of weird since they were following us. And that’s a dumb way to flirt in my opinion. I didn’t pursue any hits at the mall because I just am interested in one girl. I am sure not all of these hit were because of pheros but I am sure they helped a little. My friends were busting me for not talking to any of the girls there and kept saying I am a model and should have nothing to worry about. Anyway I will stop rambling on and end this post. 😛 ---

I think you’re taking it in the right direction by breaking it down to the basics. Are you really 17? Because before this last post, I had no clue how old you were, but my initial thought was, 3 sprays of [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) seems like a little too much. You say she’s shy, well 7.5mcgs of -none isn’t going to help her shyness. In fact, you may want to drop the Ammo for a bit and work with IG, IS, and p74. I agree that your friend asking to get coffee with you and her was weak. You should have asked. In fact, is there anything stopping you from asking her out? Maybe that’s the spark you need? Good job keeping up your journal. ---

Thanks for the comment Phya. The reason I was taking it slow with this girl is because she was new to the school and I didn’t want to rush her into it. Some people are telling me she is not ready for a relationship or whatever but I should just forget that and do it my way. Anyway, today, I wore: Instant Gentleman x2 -Behind Ears, Rubbed in with Wrists Instant Shine x3 - Sides of Neck and Shared with Writs [Instant Female Magic](https://a314.com/product/instant-female-magic/) x2 - Back of Neck and Shared with Wrists It was a good day overall. I was listening to some music with her (girl I’m interested in) on my iPod (the little sharing the earbud thing). She seemed relaxed around me and was near me more often than the previous days this week. I like the results from this trio of pheros and I think I will do it again tomorrow with a spray of Instant Openness. ---

I was snowed in today so I didn’t make it in to school. Of course I didn’t bother pheroing up. However my shipment came in today. I got AMMO, P74, Come Talk to Me, and a free togo [Turn Up the Heat](https://a314.com/product/turn-up-the-heat-tuth/) (thanks April! 😛). I will be testing these soon to come. ---

Here goes - Phya is right: 1. Be careful with the Ammo and TUTH at your age. The none might be part of the problem. It can come across as very aggressive to younger women and scare them off. 2. You do not need 8 sprays of IO. That is a waste. 2-3 sprays ought to be good. For your young lady friend: I would run with [Instant Gentleman](https://a314.com/product/gentleman/) and the social products: IO, IH Instant shine. Try using 2-3 sprays of both IO and IH with her. Ask her out. The worst she can do is say no. And you will never know if she is interested - or how interested - unless you ask. It could well be that she is interested in you or is hoping to make friends if she is new in your school. Please find a way to give up the cigarettes. Bad for you. Very bad.
