Alright hiya there.. I’m a guy at the age of 18, currently studying at school.. I’m white and i’ve never had any luck with women. I think the most obvious reason for my bad realationships is that im realy shy when talking to someone someone i have a crush on. Almost painfully shy. Well i got this girl who goes in the same class like i do.. And we are more or less just regular friends.. I once tried to approach her by asking her out for a cup of coffe but then she backed up.. Hello and welcome to the forum. IO is a great product - works very well - you should see results with it. Remember - it will work best if you initiate conversations with others. Then stand back and watch things go. Be cautious with the TUTH - read about it carefully - it is not a great opening gambit for a young guy and you will want to start with one spray. Welcome to the forum Glorbon! The guys are right about the Turn Up The Heat. It’s been described as “pure sex in a bottle” by some here on the forum. It contains an attractant called Androstenone which younger men usually produce a lot of. Too much of this could actually “scare” young women away as they seem to be very sensitive to this. Use it sparingly and like Boss said, if you’re gonna use it, experiment with 1 spray first instead of just dousing yourself in it. Ammo is more buffered with other pheros and not quite so “over the top” as TUTH. Being a shy guy, the Instant Openess will help you as well as the girl to open up a little. You may also want to try [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/). It’s a great mood lifter as well as helps you feel more confident and happy and will help people gravitate toward you more. Just remember that you’ll have to put yourself out there in order to really see results…pheromones can’t do everything for you. ---

Welcome, the TUTH and IO are a good combination, but you need very TUTH to the IO for a good ratio. My findings show that 1 spray TUTH to three sprays IO. is a good club mix. where as 1-2 sprays IO and a couple small blots of TUTH is good for social and less populous areas. (I unscrew the top of the TUTH bottle and use the spray tube to put a just little behind my ears) ---

Oh thanks alot for all of theese great advices.. Tbh i realy had doubts in [pheromones](https://a314.com/shop/) until finding this site.. As you guys said i think im gona star with some Instant openness and approach her for a couple of days while slightly increasing the dosage.. Then maybe when it’s time to ask if she wanna go out with me i could just a little Heat in the mix. Well i will keep you updated how the pheromones work =) Cheers.. ---

Hold on a minute. do we really want send this young man out into the cold world without [Instant Gentleman](https://a314.com/product/gentleman/)? Glor, this stuff, to over simplify, has a ‘James Bond’ effect. Do you think that would help you ask this young lady to go out? ---

haha a James Bond effect.. Well im not sure she realy likes the 007-Movies.. To much violence and machocism i guess.. One thing i think i know is that she seem to like “cozy” guys.. SO as i said im new here so you recomend the things you think i will need to use =) Cheers ---

Sorry…I didn’t mean to embarass you…I was just confused, that’s all. That much difference in age does affect the recommendations that we give as older guys (such as 32 year olds) can usually get away with higher doses of the -none type pheros such as Turn Up The Heat. I couldn’t find any place in the profile setup where you can change your age, so maybe, if you say “please with a cherry on top” to one of the administrators, maybe they can change it for you 🙂 ---

hehe yeah i think i will need to do that 😛 Well like you guys said right now im gona try theese two products i just bought.. Maybe ask her out with the openness and just a tiny touch of Heat.. Hmmm…I know the men on this forum swear by A314 for a more authoritative and respected vibe (usually for work settings) but I’ve gotta defer that question to them since I don’t have any personal experience with it. I would think it would be too intimidating for a young girl such a she who typically goes for the “cozy” kind of guy but hopefully one of them will drop in with their take on this. You said “I do kinda feel that I don’t realy got a chance with her because shes so attractive” BTW, a defeatist attitude will get you nowhere with a girl…you definitely gotta work on your confidence…confidence is a type of sexy all on it’s own. I used to be pretty timid too but lately decided to “fake it until I make it” and I really put myself out there…sooooo far out of my comfort zone I was scared as hell most of the time, but now I can say that I FEEL more confident and AM more confident. I just know that I got it goin’ on! And the reactions of those around me have been amazing too! Today, I feel like there’s not much that I can’t handle. You gotta step out of the box and use the pheros to help you do just that!🙂 Like ntk says, they’re kind of like an invisible “wingman”. ---

The first effect of [Instant Gentleman](https://a314.com/product/gentleman/) is not that she thinks you are James Bond, it’s that _you_ feel like James Bond. Remember this stuff effects you too. ---

Right. Instant Openess probably will help you overcome shyness, but remember that the degree of effect varies from one person to the next. This is not a majic bullet. Pheros are a tool to help you be who you _decide_ to become. Trust River. She really does have it goin’ on. OoohYahhh ---
