# "Up to Date" Journal on my Results

Hey all,  
Im new, Single and going to kick start the new year with [Pheromones](https://a314.com/). lol.

If you havnt already read my intro, [A big friendly (non gay) Hug from England. :)](https://pheromonetalk.com/t/a-big-friendly-non-gay-hug-from-england/24478) then basically i tried out pheromones about 2 years ago and looking back when i was using them somethink odd was defiantly happening which i couldnt understand.

So now im going to make a log on my pheromones usage, what i use, how much i use and where im using it (work, ship, clubbing, etc) and post my results on here. Im hoping (fingers crossed) that the ships servers hasnt already blocked websites like these (which they shouldnt because its not porn lol) so i can keep you updated when im at sea. If not i’ll post next time the soonest country i get into!!

Anyway my results from last night were the same as every other night, go to a club with friends, make a few eye contacts (short eye contacts maybe a few smiles) and never have the balls to walk over and chat to them. I noticed this one girl was looking at me and i noticed she was standing closer and closer to me as i kept looking at her.

Until my brothers girlfriend gave me a big Hug (yea thanks Becky!!) and she thougth she was my g/f lol.

So thats a mini report on my days not wearing pheromones…hopefully when i get my first order through..i’ll notice some differences and wear them at different events and see what goes.

thanks in advance for attempting to share your tests/results. i’m sure you’ve heard a thousand different comments in the past about “never having the balls to walk over and chat to them” so anything you hear now may not carry any weight but you have got to get over the fear of rejection. personally, i think it only becomes “fear” when we haven’t learned how to direct it. if you can accept that nervous energy for what it is, a spark, and one that can be directed into a full on flame with a small amount of effort, it doesn’t matter so much anymore because we can find these “sparks” everywhere, from the shopping mall to the club, school or a gas station. the feeling i used to get by facing that fear and doing the approach easily trumped the repeated feeling of regret from another night of wasted opportunities.

as for the girl coming up and hugging you, she was probably doing you a favor, in that a “target” that sees you in the company of another woman, sees you as desireable, approachable, friendly etc. social proof at a very basic level. the more female friends you have the better, and the more visible their displays of affection, the more you’ll have other girls wondering what it is about you that would make all of these other girls want to come up and hug you.
