# Usage of A314 Long term

I have just started using A314 with a dosage of one drop a day buffering it with the socials. Is it safe to use a drop every day without creating any build up or is this too much?

Where are you applying it? If it’s on your skin, it will be washed off when you shower or bathe. On your clothing is a different matter. Some users have reported that [pheromones](https://a314.com/shop/) can still be detected after washing and may take repeated trips through the wash before coming out. Leather has been reported to hold the scent forever.

I am applying it to my skin - behind my ears and just below my nose. I am using it at work but I am wary of appearing more important than people of a higher rank or appearing too serious.

well this is the same thing i asked long ago when i started to use this product.  
😃

Well there is no obvious build up because its low on -none and i suppose you take a bath regularly. even if you shower once a week 😃 you will be safe. 😉

AS for a really long term usage i have been using it for 3-4 for years. around 3-4 drops every day and everything is fine 🙂 there is no build up over the years 🙂

But i do notice changes in A314 behavior but this is because the formula of A314 changed during the years

I have been using A314 for coming to 2 years and I don’t experience buildup. I use 2 to 3 drops a day.

I use mine daily, but try to take a break for a couple days a week.
