me and a buddy on Thursday might try to talk to random chicks and try to get over our fear of approach anxiety. I think this will be the perfect time to use 3 plus sprays of IO. I’M gonna get to see how this little bad boy truly works. has anyone used IO to try to pick up random girls on the street, cofee shops, bars etc if so what can i expect from using IO from your experience using it ? ---

Pleasant/bright and chatty, yes but unquestionably a social. So from the frame of your wanting to get to grips with approach anxiety, yes its a good product but when approaching with a more sexual intent, unless you/they are very young, I would expect to find that you need something more sexual alongside it. Here is some info on IO I posted in the womens section from testing some partially used 5ml social bottles I got in a trade for other extra vendor products I had. I think if someone has natural high testosterone and was coming off intimidating, using IO solo would be a great product for them. Otherwise its best used in combos to keep balance between being seen as too best friend and too intimidating. IO contains 70% Alpha androstenol to 30% beta androstenol which makes most people exposed very chatty about anything and even strangers seem to be ok with starting up a chat without prompting. To me it adds a fun vibe as the dose goes up people laugh and are giddy, almost like they drank something like alcohol or champagne. Sexuals are great but if you cant get your foot in the door and make them feel comfort first your not getting anywhere. And thats where socials like IO or CTTM come in. I notice on IO that I also have a youthful appearance although less then IS, and seems to make me more attractive toward women then baseline from compliments. Another good part of IO is that is makes me seem less intimidating, friendly and approachable at least for me being a guy. It lasted for around 3-4 hours. What I’ve read after separate from testing is that it converts to Androstenone (like Tuth ) after this which can last a day. Another thing I read is that Androstenol can turn on the sex drive in both men and women by its effect on Luteinizing hormone, even causing secretion of testosterone in men from the testicular Leydig cells. LH is peaked during womens ovulation time when sex drive is higest and this is working to increase it … M Harris said nols are produced more with higher estrogen, so that means to me people with fat would have more, which explains to me why they are seen more friendly but less sexual… For men, using alot when you have lower testosterone you may notice other males seeing you more weak and making you appear a lot less alpha, talk down to you. So it somewhat also cancels some of the effects of added Tuth ( enone ) or IG or A314 (erone)… I see this as a test when I used too much without compensating. You want just enough IO to make the sexual or status or your base signature less intimidating but not too much to make you appear weak. I imagine for ladies status/alpha vibe is reduced as well and also could be compensated in combo. If you’re looking to garnish attention I think you will achieve it. Maintaining it and building upon it will require some other mones..or great game lol I’ve had good experiences with IO..in-fact I would even venture to say that I don’t think it cancels out other mones at all. I’ve never had that effect from it. ---

I’ve never had that effect from it. You are african american and have said you come across sometimes as intimidating to others with higher testosterone. As I mentioned in the post above, those with higher T using IO or CTTM solo would just be buffering that and make themselves appear more friendly and approachable balancing their signatures… If your T level is low and especially if you are fat, then you will need more of the status and sexual mones and less of the socials. I would say go out and test no doubt. If you are running IO solo like others mentioned expect people to get good and chatty and remember this is designed to open people up and things may be kind of shallow in conversations in that people will be very chatty, but it may be about random nonsense instead of anything very meaningful, so what you will want to do is try and have some questions lined up that will get you somewhere instead of a total random conversation with these women if you want it to go anywhere, unless you are just testing this out for fun. My personal experience with IO, is that I need to go a little heavier on attraction, status, or sexual mix with it to have a bigger impact. In fact Wife and I are going to see a counselor today and I will be wearing a small amount of IO and will go heavier slightly in my A314. Good luck and let us know what happens. ---

update so we went out last week Wednesday instead of Thursday because of the snow storm that was going to hit. I sprayed 4 or 5 sprays of IO. 2 sprays on my ears and the rest on my neck. as much as I would have liked to report back witj good results but nothing happend. I was still nervous with approach anxiety and didn’t notice anything from other people. that day was cold as balls. it was like 18 degrees and windy so maybe the cold had something to do with not getting any results from IO. I will say this though I got home and was on my ps4. maybe 4 or 5 hours later from using IO. my sister came to talk to me and talked my ear off for an hour or 2. the reason I mention this is because my sister and I had not been talking for over a month because of a fight we had. so there’s that ---

Great report. As I mentioned in your intro, Ammo SUMMER EDITION that I recommended contains a molecule [P130](https://a314.com/product/p130/) that can kill anxiety, and TAA which among other things increases self confidence. It also has some of the IO type social features but also is balanced with some status and sexual. Its available also as a togo also for a trial and being an all in one blend is good for beginners… If your testosterone were to be low, you could always also add more Tuth or IG/A314/P75 1.25-2.5 to it to boost up the sexual and status side to it… IS which also contains TAA can also help for approaching/confidence if you have that instead. You can add it to the regular Ammo you have. P130 can be bought also at say 5mcg and added. IO as you saw got others talking which opens doors to get to know someone. Keep in mind that its social and basically will lower the sexual and status side your body puts out. It makes you approachable and friendly. If you are muscular and come off intimidating or a blend causes it and get hits from women without mones, then using more IO would be great there… If you are normal or out of out shape, seen as friendly or non sexual, and dont get many looks without mones, then you want more of the Tuth and IG/A314 type of mones and use less of the socials… If you OD on low doses of Tuth then more socials, if you need a lot of Tuth then less socials… Hope that helps.
