# Using pheromones

When u use some thing like instant shine or phero proof, lets say u apply it to ur wrist. after 5 min do u put colgne on top of it?

PP already has cologne grade scent, so adding something on top of it ain’t a great idea (unless it’s the same scent & you wanta make like the “cologne guy”). As for unscented or lightly scented products, it doesn’t matter when you apply the cover. I often premix eau de cologne and [pheromones](https://a314.com/shop/) so I can spritz and run. Sometimes I spray separately but back to back. If you wanta wait 5 minutes between stages, go for it. It’s your time. The end result is the same.
