Currently I have Ammunition, A314, Instant Shine, and [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/). How much should I use at work. Currently I am using 2 sprays of Ammunition, 2 drops of A314 and 2 sprays of Instant Shine. I am thinking of using instant openness too. Thanks, Stilton. ---

Hi Stilton I would up the A314 and lower the [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) and then add the IO and shine. 3 drops A314 1 spray Ammo 1 or 2 of IO 2 Shine. Then if you are going out to socialize after work add a shot of Ammo. This is just a general idea though. Dosage is different on everyone because we all have different natural signatures so you will need to experiment to find your best mix. Tisha ---

With Instant openness, [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) and Ammunition is it necessary to apply it more than one time in the day ? Stilton. ---

Hi, I am an outgoing friendly person who is naturally quite Alpha. I work in IT and deal with lots of customers and attend meetings. I can come accross as quite aggressive at times and want to dampen this down a little with pheros and give a more relaxed and friendly vibe with people. Stilton. ---

You might give ig a try. It’s one of the less talked about androtics commercial products.
