# Using regular cologne with mones

Hi Everyone,

I am currently using Ammo and IO and I use my regular cologne Boss. I was just wondering if using my regular cologne with lessen the effects of either pheromone?

The reason I use my regular cologne is mainly because I like the smell and also I want to avoid the “What are you wearing” question! I dont really want to say “I am wearing [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/shop/)” lol plus other guys may recognise the smell and know what I am wearing 😮

Nope, you can spray alcohol based colognes right on top of mones.

The only exception is oil. Don’t spray cologne on top of a314.

I use colognes as cover scents. I get more, “wow you smell good!” when I spray on Georgi or Polo with mones. If I leave them out of the equation I just get the stares and typical IOIs.
