Purchased this to “[Turn Up the Heat](https://a314.com/product/turn-up-the-heat-tuth/)” with my wife. What is the best way to use it? ---

spray a couple of shots on your chest, some guys like to spray it on their underarms, as thats where natures ones are released thus mixing into your body chemistry. depending on the age of your wife, (no disrespect intended) older women tend to react to around 4 sprays, while younger women get turned of. Younger women use around 2 sprays. ---

You can always start with 2 sprays, if you don’t want to od and have any negatives on your first try. But 4 sprays suggestion is great too, if you od, you will know it is too much at first try and won’t pass that limit after ---

I would use Turn Up The Heat with extreme caution. Use it sparingly and build up to find your ideal dose. In my limited experience you can easily OD around a significant other. I think they pick up on subtle changes to your phero signature. When they sense that you smell different things can get uneasy. If I use anything more than 1 spray of regular strength my wife gets irritated with me. ---

Based on responses from the ladies forum I would start with a little and move up. Too much TUTH nd not enough action can leave us women catty and frusterated. Only put this on when you have the energy to go for a long sex-match 😃 I would start with one spray and go from there if needed. No point in using more if you can get a great result with less 🙂 I’d say apply it to your neck or chest, where you know your wife will be able to get a good smell of the goodness AND where during “Playtime” she will be able to continue smelling it…OH and HAVE FUN! 😉 CC 🙂 ---

It’s a magnet for older women which is a perfect fit for your wife. I’m in my late 20’s and one to go spray immediately got a reaction from a 40+ woman in the bar I was at. Said I was the most handsome asian guy she ever met and immediately glomped onto me! 😮 ---

I suggest you use CC’d instructions and start out with a little. Your wife knows your natural [pheromone](https://a314.com/shop/) sig and sometimes they will act a little strange at first. We had one member report his wife flying out of the bed and landing on the floor and I suspect it was because she didnt recognize the pheromone sig coming from him in the dark upon waking up in the morning. She reponded welll after she got used to the new sig and it wasnt something that she was conscious of. So start with a little and work up slowly to get the best results. my first pruchase of [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/shop/) was TUTH and it was bought for the very same reason as you. One spray at first did the trick, any more than three my wife gets irritated. take mental notes on which cologne you wear with it. I must have od once and my wife said she didn’t like the cologne I was wearing at the time. I was wearing TUTH several times a week at first to help our relationship, now I wear it every now and again. I wanted to see if it was just the pheromones that changed her desire, mixed results. good luck.
