I have been getting questions about Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), biomedical-based supplementation, enhancing libido (for firmer erections), and the use of TUTH on this thread:

> [@Upper lip dab of TUTH for passionate kissing](https://pheromonetalk.com/t/upper-lip-dab-of-tuth-for-passionate-kissing/1116):
>
> I have almost run out of TUTH, so I have reduced my usage to rubbing the spray nozzle under my nose on my upper lip right before seeing my client (im a male prostitute, seriously!). The effect makes us really get into kissing passionately, and getting ‘in the zone’ (similar to GHB while lovemaking). This technique of using just a little on the upper lip is effective in heightening our kissing pleasure (with comments like,‘what a great kisser’ and ‘I haven’t kissed like that for a long time’), …

Just to let you know I am not an expert in TCM, but have researched its use in healing fighting injuries (I trained in freestyle wrestling for the Outgames competition), since biomedical (western) medicine didn’t prove to be a practical solution for me (doctors recommended to take 3 months off from practice, which was not an option for me). Martial artists did not have the luxury to take time off, so chinese sports medicine was created to maintain the level of training with minimal disruption.

My job as an escort requires me to have a high level of sexual energy at a moments’ notice, and thus my area of research and testing different supplements is of great importance to me. My research has finally led me to this website, as using sexual [pheromones](https://a314.com/shop/) may give me the edge I was looking for. I tested it for myself, and I was right. Now TUTH is part of my libido enhancing program.

Now when I used to wrestle, TCM recognizes that kidney energy must be strong to be an efective warrior. And also to be a great lover, for that matter. So kidney tonics such as strong Man Bao became a base for my TCM-based supplementation. You can search google for ‘TCM Kidney tonics’ for more info.

Also part of my research was the biomedical aspect. Acetylcholine is a neurotransmitter that has many functions, but for me the most relevent function is the way it controls erections. It is also used up during strenuous physical activity. Lecithin is a cheaper source of phosphatidylcholine, however there are other sources of superior quality (do a google search). I use lecithin with good results.

Finding the right supplement for your erections means that you need to figure out what is the problem.

- do erections come easily, but are soft?
- what angle do your erections have with your lower abs when you stand up? (If you point at 1 o’clock, 3 o’clock, 5 o’clock means a different supplement is required)
- do you come too fast?
- what is the recharge time between erections (as getting hard and getting soft cycles normally during prolonged lovemaking sessions)
There are other factor to consider, but I recommend looking most of the info on the internet, since it can get complex for the casual reader.

Now TUTH has entered my experimentation program, and as other forum members have been getting negative side effects from long tern use and I have not, I have come up with my own theories based on my previous research.

I think if TUTH activates the sexual energy system too often, then the kidney energies will become depleted. Therefor the kidneys need to be tonified during longterm TUTH exposure. This becomes evident when the user discontinues TUTH use, and normal libido/erections return.

But this is just a theory. I have never read about pheromones affect the energy systems of TCM, so I am only speculating.

My current daily use of TUTH plus my kidney tonics support this theory, as I have not been affected negatively by longterm exposure (+60 days).

I hope there is someone out there in the forum that can help me with this theory.

I’d love to help, but still fairly new to pheromones.
The topic is an interesting one indeed. Now, let’s say we make this an experiment?
I’m sensing that my energy levels go down after a while when wearing Turn Up The Heat (maybe it’s just my Libido 😮 )?
Anyway, it seems my awareness and general alertness levels shoot through the roof from wearing Turn Up The Heat, so I’ve noticed I sleep a lot less than I’m used to, and maybe this, in turn, depletes my energy levels (say … tcm … kidney)?

_(Any pointers to let me educate myself further on TCM would be greatly appreciated too)._

Love,
Chris.

When does your energy levels go down? After continuous daily use or a few hours after application?

(a web search on traditional chinese medicine is a good place to start!)

Thanks 🙂 Will check it out.
It seems I get the effects after continuous use (three days in a row). Of course, that might have something to do with other factors as well, but since my life is all sunshine and roses these days (as far as I can tell), it would seem Turn Up The Heat had something to do with it.

Cycles are natural. We can have high energy some days, lower levels on other days. When things stay the same is when we should be investigating more carefully.

True. I’m not leaving that little botte alone anytime soon. 🙂
It does give (how you say?) exceedingly positive effects as well. 😃
I’ll use it until empty, and THEN judge.

Happy Tuthing.
