Hello all, I just recieved my 'mones from California to Toronto in 48 HOURS. I’ve decided to make a journal of my first experience with pheromones. **Date:** October 15, 2012 **Pheromones & amount:** [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) - 2 Sprays. Applied in the morning before school. **Areas applied:** Both sprays were to hair. A little went in my eye D: **Self-Effects:** Instant feeling of euphoria, kind of like a very mild high. I’ve been smiling all day excep last period, which means I was feeling self effects for about 5 and a half hours. The whole world seems, how do I put this, brighter. I really like the Neroli smell, I didn’t know what to expect but it is very pleasant and I can’t stop breathing it in haha. The scent to me is slightly feminine, but probably not even feminine enough for anyone to notice. Last period, I got a little tired but that wore off after an hour or so. I find it extremely easy to talk to anyone I want, which is different for me than normal. **Summary:** I’m not sure how I’ll be organizing the summary yet, so I’ll just say whatever is happening. While my dad was driving me to school, he was blabbing for about 10 minutes which is annoying but interesting. First period I sit beside two guys, one was sitting very close to me, which was kind of uncomfortable lol. I pretty much noticed an immediate effect ; everyone around me is louder, happier, and more talkative. Second period was basically the same. Third period I had a test so no interaction with anyone. 4th period was pretty interesting; I sit beside two girls, one is meh but the other is hot. I was talking to the hot girl and she was playfully picking up my things during class and flirting, which she pretty much never does. Everyone in the class was talking but that’s pretty normal for this class. Last period I was kinda tired and not feeling so happy anymore, and I didn’t notice any real effects. All-in-all I would say this was a pretty good day, I don’t know if it was the placebo effect but IS really seems to work. Question; I bought pheromones from a different site, am I allowed to add that to my journal as well? Or can I only talk about AD products. Either way I’ll be continuing this journal because I plan on buying IG and ammo. ---

**Date:** October 16, 2012 **Pheromones & amount:** IS 2 sprays **Areas applied:** One spray to hair, one spray to neck **Self-Effects:** Feeling of happiness **Summary:** People were talking more too me, easier to talk to people **Date:** October 17, 2012 **Pheromones & amount:** IS, 4 sprays **Areas applied:** Two sprays to hair, one spray to neck. Later on in the day, one spray to face(close eyes and mouth, spray and hold breath for as long as you possibly can haha) **Self-Effects:** A big difference; the only way to put it is that there was an awesome bounce in my step, mild euphoria again and just happiness **Summary:** For pretty much 5 hours everyone around me in a ~10 foot radius was talking and smiling and laughing a lot, so much that one of my teachers yelled at us. After I applied the fourth spray later in the day, I felt even better. I know I’ve already mentioned it, but I love the smell. One interesting thing that happened was one girl which I’ve never talked too before was standing close to me (half a meter away) for about 30-40 seconds, neither of us were talking, and she suddenly turned around and faced me and started talking about random shit for a fairly long time. I didn’t even think that the reason was that I was wearing IS at the time, but it makes sense now 🆒. No real hits though, but I’m not sure it’s possible to get hits from [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/)? Ohh, I just thought of something else. I was sitting beside a very quiet guy in class, I haven’t heard him talk much, but after sitting beside him for 10 minutes or so he started randomly talking about TV shows and asking me questions like “Do you watch this show” etc. ---

People talk about other [pheromone products](https://a314.com/shop/) outside of the journals, so I don’t see why you can’t report on them in your journal. I’m really interested to see how Ammo goes for you. I’m a junior in HS, and Ammo really doesn’t seem to work for me whatsoever. ---

Either sell the bottle in the trading post, or maybe buy one of their empty to-go bottles and fill half of it with cologne and the other half with ammo. and try that.
