Having taken a long and unwanted break from here, and now that i will be back for a while, i decided the personal " guess what happened to _me_ " stuff can stay here. _Mostly_ because i have a great testing atmosphere once again. _A little_ because results can really vary from person to person and i am _definately_ opinionated about what constitutes a " hit ". For instance- i have been playing with [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/shop/) for a while now. my first experience was while i was driving to work, i decided it was time to apply my SOE while i still had 15 more minutes to drive… in a close-windowed 4 cyl car … you know, to let the stuff _settle in_ and _mello out_ before i get there. made sense at the time. anyway, i had to pull over due to the fact that i was very dizzy and unable to focus entirely on the road. i felt giggly and uplifted, but definatley foggy. got used to it, had awesome hits and continue to use the SOE to this day. point of this entry? i wonder how many times i applied something in too large of an amount and thought because someone was speechless, or fuzzy, or stuttering, or acting goofy, they MUST be overcome and overwhelmed by my pheromone-induced fabulousness. sometimes what looks like a hit is the acclimating to a signiture that is too strong for the one strutting it. yesterday? after only ONE spray of instant sexiness/a to the back of my neck, someone **literally** said to me, " im not trying to hit on you or nuthin’ but you smell _really_ good today " . now im just waiting for my Est to come in, along with my umpteenth bottle of MX135. _sigh_ so glad im back. ---

okay i just popped my “EST” cherry this afternoon. 2 12.5 sprays to inside of arms and rubbed on opposite sleeves. 25 mcg total. went out running errands and grocery shopping. nothing special to report, not even self- effects. in coffee shop with several women and children. no men here to experiment with. in Target with close proximity to men. in bank with close proximity to men. clearly this is one that will require heavier dosing. i read others were using at much higher levels but i needed to try lower doses for myself to see where it begins to surface. going to shower and apply 50 mcg and see what happens at work. will post later tonight on that. ---

back to the EST testing took shower applied 25 mcg EST to forearms my SO decided i needed to be late going to work tonight 😕 waited till i was ready to walk through the door at work and applied another 25 mcg everyone for the first 2 hours was very nice, friendly but not overly accomodating. allowed another hour to go by before i decided 2 more sprays for a grand total at that point of 75 mcg. began to feel self effects. here is what is bizarre- i love beer. no i mean i _reallllly love beer_. tonight i was very indifferent to it. i am surrounded by a world of it but tonight possibly a little turned off from it. i am enjoying the company tonight, and time is flying by. Tommyfever shows up and makes it a point to mention that the company at the bar is NOT behaving as usual. being that they are more often his crowd than mine, he claims they are usually at eachother and ready to go home, but tonight they stayed long and laughed and it was a lovefest. i didnt find it as overt as that, but i did find it interesting that someone else did. boss hung out more than usual. we “closed” 40 minutes after closing 🙄 i am anxious to try this stuff with some steering pheromones but i think a few more days of getting to know it by itself may be good. ---

going to wear EST @ 100 mcg tonight at work will give it 3-4 hours if overt reactions happen, i will ride out my evening. if not … will add 2 sprays [Instant Honesty](https://a314.com/product/instant-honesty/) to see if it encourages communication more inclined towards typical EST behaviour ( which has not been typical for me yet) side note: im comming to the conclusion there is alot of “riding” on other people’s experiences here which may filter out important and noteworthy reactions . i think its cool to try a molecule or mix because someone has had success with it. i also find myself not always having similar experiences and hope others pioneer more and regurgitate less … ---

wore 62.5 EST 4 sprays mx135 (togo) residual mx216 worked a regular tues night. everyone wayyyy too social. extremely talkative. a fellow employee mentioned the amount of gab going on as unusual. alot of sexual flirtation and conversation, although not necessarily with me see, this is unusual because its not the pick-up kind of bar. tips were around 20-25 %. tomorrow definately changing up what i add my EST to. not wanting to exaggerate communication, but to get quality out of it. ---

not for nothing, part of my interest here with the EST is to see if a dominant empathetic vibe would lead to both a _loving and lucrative_ workplace. in the bar scene, both genders work their tips sexually first, entertaining second. NEVER being the bartender that showed skin or said anything i didnt mean ( minus obvious humor) i have always wanted to make my tips based on the atmosphere i create using personality and environmental manipulation alone . i compare tips with fellow bartenders to gauge. here in this journal i test my EST theory (that empathy and comfort is condusive to tipping) . wish me luck! ---

heading to work, i see i have recieved my new order. my intention was the EST 100 mcg and IH , but thats not exactly how it went. tonight i applied: p86 25 mcg to forearms EST 50 mcg to forearms IH X2 1 spray each to back of hands used p86 by itself for a few hours before applying the others. imediatly felt like my bloodpressure dropped, i got relaxed but not tired. got me a coffee, no reaction at coffee shop that i could tell. went to work and found myself in a good mood. 20 minutes into it, i found everyone needing me for something, but not in a rockstar way. more like a doctor, im the only one that is capable of \_\_ you name it. after 3 hours, i added the EST and IH. had every intention of using higher dosage of EST, but got bombarded with “doctor” syndrom again. not sure i liked that. gave TommyFever a few sprays of P86 he loved it. said he felt inspired to continue the fun and games after we closed. i asked him how he liked it, he said vision was affected and music was brighter. others were aggressivly social with him when he gave no cues for interaction ( he was actually quiet and getting into his pherobuzz) i didnt get the hearing or vision thing. i def got attention but nothing affectionate. think i will up the dosage of P86 next time IH inspired a very intimate conversation about our childhood discipline between some of us at the bar. i made a mental note to use IH from now on with “lighter” mixes for bar atmosphere. tips were adequate but not exceptional. ---

I’ll have to try it out when I go back to school and see if I get any reaction), I’ll have to dig back and find it! Don’t know if you’ve got p83, but if you do, I’d say give it a shot cause ya never know 😃 ---

P86 meshes with it nicely. why the IS/A ? I Needed to feel a little more in control. started the night with a terrible argument on the phone in traffic. since im a weenie and cant talk and drive (esp mad) i opted to agree to disagree . i had hoped the 100 mcg of EST i had on would mello me out. no such luck. i was also wearing the P86 at that point. not yet at work, i decided to hope for the best. got to work, added another 50 mcg of EST tips were better than usual. maybe im looking for it, but we went from 35% when we opened to a hideous 10% only last week. id like to stablize at 25% but its a slow process that is until i upped some of the doses i have been working with. one person who never tips at all (big in beer community,friends of owner, total dink) tipped very well. does EST make you see God? its clear to me now EST needs to be in the 100 + mcg range to be effective. P86 needs to be a minimum of 25, but better in the 37.5 range for sure. i managed 25% tonight. a very funny and true note- i sprayed the other 50 mcg EST and IS/A in the ladies room. we have a chalkboard in there and someone wrote “yay for beer” and “it smells really good in this bathroom” and a happyface. how funny is that? i like that P86 puts everyone in a openminded mood. there seems to be zero desire to debate. zero desire to promote anything uncomfortable. zero desire to complain as well, i figured out. we were without a cook and alot of food got either forgotten about or made late. everyone was pleasant and understanding. even those who were there for the first time. more tomorow, im sleepy :o ---

tonight is friday night and i need a mix thats fun and will let everyone know whos running the show. experimenting less tonight and going with sure things i was considering: MX134 LAM or IS/A im thinking it might not be a good idea to add the P86 or EST incase it softens the mixes up and lessons the respect factor. maybe it would only be beneficial, i will play it by ear and spray as necessary . ---

i am a goober. had i followed my own promptings last night , i might have made-out like a bandit. here is what i wore: IS/B - 2 sprays TAH 20 mu - 3 sprays EST - 62.5 mu this is why it _sucked_ : started out the evening with the intention of being the hostess with the mostess , and thinking TAL and IS/A would bring that feeling to the forefront. got into an argument at home, was reallly frusterated in heavy traffic, getting negative texts and really feeling defensive. wanted _a whole lot_ to skip to the part of the evening where im over it and feeling peace and love again - so I did a 180 and applied what i thought would be a nice soft, pink, loving “be nice to me” vibe. started spraying the TAH in the truck. glad i did, i imediatly felt better! my choice of music went from Godsmack to The O Jays ( 😃 ) and i believe that makes me more fun to drive beside. sprayed some IS/B and im thinking I am sooo going to turn this night around. got to work and continued the spritz-fest of TAH and IS/B at this point i have zero EST on. i am greeted and then greeted again, but the second time was a tactile hello from not one but two people at the bar. odd. im liking the vibe and find myself (with observation from others there) behaving really layed-back. one couple said isnt she cute outloud (i felt like a kid 😕 ) one group of regulars were talking with me about my b-day comming up and that “when your our age…blah blah” and weirded me out- I AM THEIR AGE . two people at the bar said i looked tired ☹ and what was up. as the night progressed, the bar got unusually packed. we ended up having one of the biggest nights ever, but it wasnt big for me. Tips were terrible. we were getting closer to the end of the evening, and i panicked. i started spraying the EST in hopes of getting some of the vibe from my other more lucrative nights. nopers. the vibe was okay, being full of TAH and the resulting warm smiles were fabulous. my theory? TAH creates the mood of family at the table, a date with a crush, friends singing together out of tune and loving it, hoping your TG wants to kiss you like you want to kiss them, ect. BUT- money-wise, “its all good” “who cares” “i’ll get back to ya” yadda yadda yadda. so i decided to make my money while being the most fun i can be for everyone around me, stick with TAL and TAL-like energy. with IS/A, people wanted to tip ( impress me? ) and wearing EST with it warmed it up. with IS/B, people were not concerened with _ **anything** _ monetary; they spent more while there, but didnt feel any need to tip because the comfort level was high . EST backed up the “who cares about money when we got eachother” vibe. NO MORE TAH DOMINANCE AT THE WORKPLACE 🙄 ---

taking my own advice, im definately going with some version of the following: MX134 LAM or I/S A P86 either choices will have EST added towards end of the night, in the amount of 100mu or higher, in order to compare the effect EST has on the tipping factor. may or may not add EST depending on whether im rockin’ n rollin’ without it. ---

Started the evening with I/S A got to work, it was quiet. Tommy Fever walks in and i thought “partner in phero-crime” washed off the ISexi to the best of my ability applied 25mu [P83](https://pheromonelabs.com/product/p83/) to both me and Fever. holy giggling bar. smelled like smoke at first, def needs a cover. we didnt care. everything was so damn funny, my face hurt. after about 30 minute it mellowed out and it was contagious all over the bar. others were really pleasant, almost obnoxiously so… like, i go to this one table with an older couple having beer and the hubby starts talking in an accent that he obviously is unfamiliar with , and never does order the beer. his wife says,“are you ever going to order that beer?” he says “yeah right okay..” she says whats gotten into you? P83 is the silly-mone.
