Lor,

The two verbs _mean_ similar things - but they have differences in use.

I demand respect.

I command respect.

The first sentence is a request, albeit a forceful one, for respect.
The second sentence is a statement.

Alpha’s don’t need to ask for respect, they receive it as a direct result of their actions. When I say an Alpha doesn’t demand respect, but commands it I mean that for an Alpha respect is implied. The Alpha is the hill that overlooks the city, not the little fat kid that yells “I demand you respect my authoritai!” (Southpark reference…)

I think that might be one of the fundamental roots of the problem, in reality.

ALL reactions are reactions to what we are wearing - it is up to us to suss out what it is, and how we instigated it. Sometimes we can’t see it dramatically outward, but everybody, everybody, reacts. Body language is an art, as Tisha and Diane have demonstrated.

Its then our responsibility to:

- figure out what we caused; was it positive/negative/what we intended
- why & how
- can it be repeated ?

And keeping with all of this, remembering that sometimes… nothing happens. But that is a reaction too.

once again, exactly on the money. Just reading the above really shows a complete difference in connotation and denotation.

For a true alpha, the second statement need not even be said.

out and about today
wore:

2 sprays MX285

i got mixed messages wearing this one.

actually had to pick up furniture
and saw same behaviour repeat all day-

women didnt SEE me,
and men couldnt be more helpful.

i actually head a woman walk on me as if i wasnt there,
and it wasnt disrespect,
i believed she really didnt see/smell/hear me!

now im wearing a black t-shirt with bright acid-trip smiley-faces on it, and i sing while i shop.

wth?

i felt like a consumer-_ninja_.

then,
lifting became an issue and some guy saw this and helped.

nothing special, except he had an oppotunity to bail because i didnt know he could see me having this issue (our backs for the most part were turned)

only men found reasons to help me/chat,
again nothing special except
the ratio of men to women were rediculous.

so what do i think about MX285?

whatever is in it,
women tune it out
and men pick up on it.

no self effects.

will try again tomorow maybe

Nah… I think you are coming across for _responsible_ pheromone use. Unfortunately, it takes testing to find out what responsible use is. And that is an issue I think we each need to grapple with for ourselves.

wore:
MX134 3 sprays
15mu TAA
another 7.5 spray later

girls like this mix.
i got good girl attention.

nothing over the top,
girls allowed me to pick thier beer (usually they look to boyfriends)
asked me questions.
alot of smiling
(smiling isnt unusual; smiling at me as opposed to blank stare _is_)

guys were exceptionally well behaved
(very weird. i get playful coaster-throwing and hearty laughs. no so much tonight)
they werent serious or not having a good time,
but they werent being _boys_.

last night was interesting.

had a list of pheromones i wanted to try together, but i pulled into work way too late and only got aprox 125mu EST on,
and
a boatload of cops from earlier in the day, when i was checking to see if my new peach perfume would cover them.

cop application was at my ankles,
which i also thought would be interesting to note in relationship to the results.

nothing groovy on my wrists,
which is the ideal app point for me due to the nature of my job.

i have always looked for
but never saw in a serious way
the protectiveness that EST brings forth.

last night i did.

a coworker who is usually friendly was very protective.
issues at work caused a reason to take sides.

a few patrons were exaggeratedly protective,
over issues that were not necessarily worthy of side-taking.
(people teasing was misconstrued by them and they thought i may need a man around 😃)

i definatley and without question had people trying to keep me within 3 feet of them at all times.

no, this is not normal.

i try to throw EST on often for an amost-there softness at 50-75mu,
but i definately prefer
the “we need you, let us help you” physically motivated response at 125mu.

not sure if anyone got anything from the cops.
nothing to note there.

How were your tips at 125 mu?

I guess if you are getting a protective response at that level you should makes off-hand joke comments about being poor… then watch the “Need to protect Lor and make her money situation good” tips roll in 😛

interesting you say that…
tips sucked BUT
while some were hardly tipping (usually the ones not sitting at the bar)
the ones that _saw_ the others not tipping went out of their way to make up for it .
extra 10’s flew around and i basically came out even 🙄

definatly a few head turns,
but then again im wearing my mothman t-shirt so im always getting a few turns for my apparel.

sprayed 2 full sprays to arms.

yawned my head off.

20 minutes into it, i wanted to nap.

im definalty not acclimated to the putatives yet, assuming this mix is chock-full of them.

next time i try this mix, im adding a smidge of TAF.
and starbucks.

not for nothing,

but everyday i read posts from the absolute coolest people ever to hear they are crushing on some girl or boy that eats up their attention but isnt showing them the love.

im not saying their crush owes them anything.
they dont.

it just pains me to watch the lengths some go to get this one person’s attention.

i guess i am inspired by Katie’s journal.
her TG doesnt know how lucky she is.

from a bartenders point of view,
this chase is totally natural,
and the high you get from crushing is totally worth never seeing any fruition.
however,
when it gets to the point where its beyond crushing and your attention is more on their reaction to you than
_your_ reaction to _you_,
its time to take a vacation from the crush.

chances are that cutting off the energy that the target has been feeding off of is going to be a shock to them at first,
and then either they will slowly fade away or start paying attention to YOU.

again,
im not trying to say the target is wrong in any way,
but atleast you will know if you are ever going to get anywhere or
if you are just addicted to crushing in general.

this is a real addiction, and in that regard you cant feel be for the one doing the crushing.
they are definatley getting a pay-off that you cant see.

just some out-loud thoughts.

went to work wearing residual stuff from daytime activities.

wanted to do more P101 testing, but had no strategy to avoid the blues that seem to happen afterwards.

i remembered feeling good enough with it to want to try again, but definately not without a strategy.

anyhoo,
so im at work and there is Fever, just asking to become a phero-storm cloud.

he grabs the MX304 and walks away.

comes back smiling, almost laughing, and hands it back to me.

are Fever and the bottle of pheros sharing a joke?

OMG this mix-
i dont know if it is the smell
or the actual mix,
but it was _fun_.

there was this feeling of guard-down
_sha-la_
_la-la_

_and dont worry-_
_'bout tomorrow,hey_…

definately need to re-try this mix.

if it wasnt coincidence,
this is going to be one hell of a mix !

I grabbed the mix304 and i liked it 😃.

I come back in the bar and Lor looks at me, smiles and says " let me in on the joke" I say " no joke" and point at the 304. i did’nt even realize i had a big grin going on.
I sit down and take a few sips of my beer and feel myself in my own little world. I got this tune goin on in my head. A minute or so goes by and a friend to my left 2 stools down says “Hey Tom”. I turn and he is smiling and says “Shut the fuck up” and starts laughing. i start laughing because i realize i,ve been singing out loud. [everyones a critic]

Lor comes by and gabs.WE are all smiles. i compliment her on her appearence and she says “thank you”. i say noo “thank you”. she says “nooo thaank you”. this went back and forth a couple more times, so i stopped, and in a real low voice i say “nothankyou”. i had to have the last no thank you lor 😃.
anyway, everyone i came in contact with last nite seemed to just enjoy my company and anyone else around me. lots of laughter and smiles.

The really big thing i noticed was that i was saying things out loud that i was thinking about but not wanting to put out for the rest of the world.

Interesting evening,Thanks for the sample Lor 😉

okay, tonight everyone is getting phero-bombed.

Fever is definately wearing some MX304, unless we tailor-make something.

i want to use [P83](https://pheromonelabs.com/product/p83/)
P86
TAA
betanol

but for me personally,
i plan on
P83
P86

and whatever spontaneously hits me in the moment.

Fever and I are planning to hit coasters with honesty.
This night should be interesting.

curious question-

anyone think its unfair to spray a friend without their knowledge?
i mean spray THEM…their person…

i would never do that (although i talk a great deal 😃 i wouldnt want it done to me,knowing i have preferences!)
but im wondering how unfair that would be
if they have some unhealthy habits to begin with
and the thinking is that
this is a healthier one…

Spontaneous spraying without their prior knowledge, no… that would at the very least get some pretty weirded out looks from my buddies (Dude, what is this shit that your spraying at me -wtf!)

Spraying them without letting them know it’s pheromones (Hey man, try this new cologne I got) - I’m cautious about doing it with any mix whose nature can be aggressive if overapplied (and since I don’t know my friends sweet spots overapplication is very possible)

More [social pheromones](https://a314.com/product-category/social-pheromones/) however, I have no problems with it - I figure the worst it does is make their night better and, potentially, open them up to the possibilities of pheromones.

so why do some get addicted to that “crush” feeling" ?
its a surge of something,
