Well, there’s no guarantee that it will help, but there are a lot of anecdotes of men who used TUTH on their wife/gf with success. So I’d say get a to-go bottle of TUTH first and try it on her. Start very slowly with it - like 1 spray and go higher if you don’t see an effect…

Good luck!

Hey man, my wife was the same. I was looking to fulfill my needs elsewhere, but my wife’s libido roared to life when I tried my pheremone mix. I wrote about it here: [Raw Power, Ammo, Instant Shine 2x](https://pheromonetalk.com/t/raw-power-ammo-instant-shine-2x/15650)

From what I’ve read, Turn up the Heat should help you out, but be sure to add something like Instant Shine or [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/). When Raw Power gets back in stock BUY IT! I think you’ll be surprised by your results when you try them out- if not with your wife then other women.

Hey, there are some supplements your wife could take to sort that problem out.

I’m not a female, so I wouldn’t know the supplements off the top of my head. Try going to [Bodybuilding.com - The Future Of Bodybuilding! Huge Bodybuilding Site.](http://www.bodybuilding.com) and having a look around there. They are supplement heaven and are well reputable and legit. This page will help also: [Bodybuilding.com - Sex And Libido Health Products Listing! Find The Best Sex And Libido Health Supplements!](http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/sex.htm) make sure you check that the product is suitable for a female. You can drop them a call or check the forums too.

I think Pheros would help after getting her libido sorted, not before - but I could be wrong.

TIME is a theif!

How long have you been married, how old is your wife, and what is your race (black?), BC?

TUTH & AMMO may help … pretty much, any none if her problem isn’t physical. Look into IFM, IO, and IH as well.

Hang in there!

He would have to convince her it was _her_ creating a bad sex life to get her to take supplements. That opens a whole new can of worms in most marriages. I say it’s worth trying a drop here and a spray there of some [pheromone](https://pheromonelabs.com/) before you tell your wife that she needs to take something for her libido.

I was really surprised by my wife’s reaction and hope other men in low-sex marriages give the pheremones a try. I may not have much rep in the forums yet, but I have been married for 8 years and have developed a good instinct on how marital arguements play out. Androtics products are worth every penny.😃

Do a search and you will find the info you need. You will find some of my post and you’ll see the struggles I had until I found this site. There is also info. on what I used and how well it worked. I would recommend TUTH or Ammo; add some [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) and IFM. Those work for me. Don’t over look P83 and P79 either. Good Luck.

Sparkly and golden things, work well too.

also the little things, helping around the house, doing a chore without being ask, leaving the toilet seat down, basically anything to help take the stress off her can help.

Also, other than environmental factors, medications can cause low sex drive, antidepressants, most mood altering drugs, and birth control pills after an extended period of years will reduce sex drive.
If she is willing, it might be worth a trip to a Gyno or urologist to make sure there are no medical problems causing this condition.

Some times NOTHING will help change her libido - barring prescription drugs.

One basic reason could be that her body is telling her to not have children.

Take care of yourself. Lose some weight, work out and get some muscles, get nice haircut, be clean, smell good. One thing married people tend to do is that they neglect their appearance around each other at home and look their best only in front of other people outside the house.

:😔:

posts like this reminds me that
its true that men
think we think like them,
and
women
get mad because you _dont_ think like them, lol.

seriously,
[pheromones](https://a314.com/) aint going to do a damn thing.
they can certainly enhance something fabuloso,
or encourage something on the fence,
but this problem is _differen_t than all of that.

women need their passion buttons pushed.
this isnt physical.
sometimes its an appreciation thing.
sometimes you can kill a libido if your obvious about looking elsewhere.
i had a friend who couldnt get worked up for NOTHING
after she noticed her hubby appreciating other women.

i mean, im sure its different for everyone,
but the bottom line is that women get turned on first by _other_ factors.

making them think about sex using pheromones can backfire,
when they begin to get stirred,
and then remember what is really troubling them.

sometimes its low self-esteem.

when we gals dont feel “hot” ,
having sex is the last thing on our minds !

i would do a little detective work on your woman.
if it is simply vitamins, then hurray.
if its more than that,
then for your own good as well,
figure it out.

Yerp, basic human courtship rituals work wonders on a woman you’re already with too.

If shes been complaining about anything recently LISTEN.
One of the quickest ways to get to the bottom of it if its mental is to listen really listen and let her know you’re there for her.
Sometimes just acting like you’re listening helps but really listening helps more than faking it.

[Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) is really nice if shes mad it may help boost it with instant honesty and you may have something.

Oh if you’re asking her a lot or trying to initiate alot and shes not responding try backing off on the sexual maintaining the cuddles if shes touchy feely at all and let her know you think shes beautiful.

Mind you 🙂 I’m not sure whats going on on her end but some of this stuff well its helped me before.

In anycase goodluck.

Btw, low points in sexual interaction at different stages in a relationship are normal.

Talk to her before you cheat let her know you care about her and want to be with her but the physical distancing is making you feel isolated.Vacations weekend getaways and staying someplace different for a few nights can help too.

lol although for my parents it was always a fight over curtains a half pint of vodka Dad cleanign the house and making dinner for a night and THEN mom got friendly.

Sometimes I think the man coulda just got her vodka.

Also check barnes and nobel they have two books i’d reccomend one about “mismatched libidos” which details on the blame game we play in that situation ways around it and a nother book which I actually know the title of called “the Sex Bible”

One of our friends “borrrowed” me and the bfs copy not sure I want it back…But its a really useful position book.

Theres even one position in the book where the girl is getting a foot rub and the guy is getting well .. you get the idea 😛

i’m not recommending this but there is an antidepressant i read about that causes spontaneous orgasms in about 5 % of the test subjects. some orgasms were caused by a simple yawn. the other 95% had the exact opposite effect.

anyway food for thought…

Good God, guys! Buy her jewelry and flowers? This is your wife we’re talking about! You aren’t supposed to be bribing her for sex! Then you’re trading sex for valuables, essentially, and we all know where that leads…

Women are very much emotional creatures, and libido is usually tied to that. No woman is going to want to have sex if she feels ugly, unwanted, unattractive, worthless, or that all you want is sex.

If her libido is in the crapper, the first thing I would do is try to find out why by talking to her about the things I mentioned above. Does she feel as if you have snubbed her? Is she upset with you? Does she feel as if you stopped loving her, or caring about her, or thinking she’s attractive? Does she feel like all she is to you is f\*ckmeat? These are all great libido killers.

Libido also gets a good whack when you are depressed. Women naturally cycle through a lot of hormonal changes, and that can also be the problem.

Or… maybe she no longer finds you attractive for some reason. Sure, pheromones can help here. But it might also be that she’s no longer in “let’s breed” mode for whatever physiological reason… or she’s got someone else fulfilling her needs… or she wishes you were in better shape, or some other trait of yours is repulsing her.

The best thing to do is have a calm, relaxed conversation about it. No pressure. Find out what’s going on.

If nothing works, I have one last option you can try. Let me know if you need it.

What’s an astrological analysis going to tell you? If they were never compatible, they probably wouldn’t have gotten this far… are you talking synastry or transits or what?

another book you can read is the 5 languages of love, sometimes you can do everything you think you know to show your wife you care for her and love and want her, and she wont respond. my brother MADE his wife a 10 year anniversary ring, and she just yawned at it. I can understand the buying flowers and such, because its easy to revert back to the habits that got her turned on in the first place.

I would highly encourage you to learn to listen. just ask questions, don’t comment; see how deep she’ll let you in. [Instant Honesty](https://a314.com/product/instant-honesty/), and CTTM2 WILL HELP, I GUARANTEE. even a quick google search for “relationships and communication” will bring up some tips on how to understand what’s going on in her mind. to you , a cuddle and makeout session may be noble and relaxing for her. to her, you may just be there to steal the last little bit of her energy and attention.

I may be facing this soon, since we are on our last child. I can’t help but wonder about the whole procreation thing. when that goal is gone… what’s the point? men want sex to feel loved, women have to feel loved to have sex. please please please for the love of god, do not cheat on her. it would be easier to lose a leg to a landmine than to defraud her emotionally and physically. there is nothing worse in life than to have someone who chose you tell you they’ve given themselves to someone else because you couldn’t cut it.

for us married men, our women are the only fountain we can drink from, and it is hard to get them to understand that. shift your physical needs to a higher plane and enjoy the interactions there. I give GREAT foot rubs and back rubs. I Cook insanely good meals. I try to smell nice(besides pheros) I say “I love you” and I mean it. I try to talk about things we could do together, where we’ll go, what feels good physically, mentally, sexually. a little story-telling goes a long way. change the scene, but keep both of you in it. set some goals to do something, look forward to something.
start a fantasy.
pour the effort you would use to cheat on her, into her, and your relationship will be for the better.

This is a lot of work, but remember, you can tell her how you feel, too. keep the exchange going, there may be more at stake than just sex.
