I have a lady friend who I’ve known for 3 years now, I used to see her often and wanted to tell her that I like her but I was too shy. She always used to say she loves me at which stage I’d quieten up and didn’t say anything in response. But then she got a boyfriend and I seen her sometimes; a year later she split up. At this stage she said she still thought I was hot, once again I quietened up and moved on. Then she got another boyfriend. At this stage I never got to see her anymore. Now she’s split up with him and here is my chance to impress her. I’m not as shy as before and I’m ready in my mind to try get her interested and hopefully start dating her. Problem is I don’t think she’ll fancy me anymore and I really want this to get right. May 2010, I purchased a bunch of pheromones. What should I use? and where should I put it? I know I should search for myself, but I think since were younger than many on these forums I wouldn’t use as much or use certain pheromones. ---

You missed two chances due to ur shyness, but this is ur chance to show her u r worth a try. Confidence is it self very sexy to girl, approach her meet her and obviously phero will give u an edge but It will not change her likes and dislikes. Also u have an advantage that she admires u so there is no second thought. Initially Stick to IS, IH, AMMO, IO and things get serious use TUTH. Hope u have already done ur sweet spot testing. I like _ **mayro’s** _ advice with the AMMO + IS. Since you are a young guy I wouldn’t go more than 1 spray of [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/). Also you have another advantage besides the mones. You didn’t really hang out with her when she had her BF’s - in other words you were away and she couldn’t really put you in her friend category (aka…_I will not sleep with him_ category). Sounds to me you worked on your shyness so let your personality be the key to reel her in. BTW, I spray ammo on my chest and IS on my neck. As far as working on your game with women, I recommend you get into some pick up programs. Personally my favorite is Mehow, look him up he has a ton of great stuff for guys. Best of luck to you!! ---
