I take a shower everyday, but I only wash my hair about every other day (I was blessed with great hair that doesn’t get oily). If I am putting [pheromones](https://a314.com/shop/) in my hair, should I wash it every day? Or is that slight buildup okay? Also, if you applied pheros the day before and you apply more the next day without washing your hair, are you risking an OD? So much to learn . . . Thanks in advance, jp ---

You may want to experiment with applying only every other day to your hair. Hair might be like clothes, longer lasting than on skin. ---

i cant speak for other people, but i smell it in my hair the next day no doubt. i think if your re-applying androstenols the extra could only be fun (might be wrong but i’ll state that anyway) things with clingier pheromones, or including copulins, i would not apply twice . i wouldnt sweat having an extra instant shine,IO,or IH in there. thats just me.🙂 ---

Pheromones last a loooong time in the hair. That’s why we haven’t moved forward yet with a wider release of our pheromone conditioner – Hair Magnet. It’s a great place to apply, though. One of the very best! We’ll have a solution to help remove them soon. ---

i use pheros in my hair all the time, and like you, I only shampoo every other day. I typically apply pheros to clean hair the first day, and the second day, after my shower, apply leave in conditioner over the top. Then depending on the pehro, (like Lor said) i may add more, or i just may skip that application. The next day i shampoo I use a clarifying shampoo (right now, it’s Aveda Rosemary Mint). I typically don’t apply pheros to my hair everyday for work, as I like to keep people on their toes, so I don’t worry too much about it. But when I’m going out at night, that’s the routine I do. Or I’ll use the clarifier each night, before I go ---

This was such a helpful thread, thanks! It didn’t really occur to me to spritz my hair with mones until read Miss Jasmin having done that at the Conference where I met her. And it got me thinking creatively, ALWAY a DANGEROUS thing in SUCH a fun way! So now I spritz my crown with [Instant Honesty](https://a314.com/product/instant-honesty/). And I wash my hair about once every 3 days. I’m eating VERY little fat right now and am desperate for oil in my system, so I am SO not worried about any build up. And good to know that the cops can build up. Might amplify my super powers TOO much! LOL! April ---

i’ve noticed that pheromones really have staying power in the hair… I wash my hair about every 2 days with a clarifying shampoo & today when I was blowdrying it I could definitely smell them distinctively–So keep in mind your hair may seem sexier than you some days! 😉 hehehe ---

My hair is ALWAYS part of how/why I am sexy and could NEVER be even sexier THAN I am! lol! I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE having long blonde waves (wish they were thick enough to be TRESSES, then I could be the leading lady in a Romance Novel with Long Blonde TRESSES cascading down my back!). Thing very erotic, classy Gentlemen’s entertainment from the 40s -70s. There was an amazing artist from that era. I always LOVED his erotic illustrations.
