Yes, I wear them to bed but not to sleep! ![]()
The now defunct IFM (may it rest in peace), A1, and cops, are the only ones I would actually deliberately use before going to sleep. Though I have gone to bed many times wearing the dregs of what I had on earlier during the day/evening. It’s usually worn off enough by the time I go to bed so as to not cause any sleep disturbances. However, if I spray something too stimulating too close to bedtime that could present a problem.
IFM / A1 are relaxing for most women, heck it’s been reported by some to help them sleep! I think Sheba
sprayed it on her pillow. So, if you get no ill effects from it and your SO is feelin’ kinda agitated/stressed, then A1 might be something to consider using before bedtime.
I remember this story Tisha.
It was northwestmichael, he had some great reports. As I remember, subsequently, he did have better luck with TUTH.
I don’t wear TUTH to bed but I do wear copulins! A winner for me or I should say woody! ![]()
TAF?
No, absolutely not, not for me anyways. TAF is one of those that can swing both ways, depending. Where it creates focus/centering for some it’s distracting for others…Instant ADD…and weird as it sounds…it can be both at the same time. It’s hard to explain. For example, when I’m writing/typing on TAF, I’m focused on the writing part but still*, *because my senses are hyper-aware, peripheral things draw my attention and cause distraction/divides my focus. The best way I can describe it is…it’s like panavison. I see, hear…everything! That’s why when I wear TAF I try to dial down as many possible distractions as I can. I wouldn’t wear it to bed, before sleeping, because it’s stimulating to me and has kept me awake more than once. WIDE awake. In fact, I have a report I wrote after using it one night when I couldn’t sleep afterwards, on only 12.5mcg.
There are members who actually have ADD / ADHD, that reported using TAF for focus. But for others it doesn’t work that way, instead it inspires ADD. Brain chemistry. I think it was Xyphoid who said when she used it she could lower her ADD meds. Diane also has ADD and found it useful.
Then there’s the TAF crash. That’s why I don’t use it much anymore since testing the balls off it, lol. Though I believe I’m safe in saying TAF is used, in small quantiles, as a component in several of AD’s MX’s. The legendary, now defunct, much beloved, MX135 is one of them.
That said, a bit of TAF before going to bed when it’s not sleeping you have in mind can be absolutely fanTAFtic! Whooboy! Hubba. Senses are hightened. It has lovely tactile properties and can be very sensuous. It’s definitely one I add to sexy combos. Though because it’s a neurotransmitter super fucker, I only add it to the mix once in a while when I’m looking to really punch things up. (Also I’ve found that if it’s used in that instance too often, the tactile element isn’t as pronounced, you become used to it and need a higher dose. Not something I want to do with TAF since past experimenting.) Still, in order to keep my eye on the ball, lol, I have to get rid of distractions…the temp can’t be too hot /cold…the music has to be right…lighting…kinda like Goldilocks only with dark hair. ![]()
And no to Instant Openness, as others have mentioned, I don’t find it condusive to sleep. If it ain’t motor mouth, it’s motor brain, lol. Another one that’s too mentally stimulating. A no-no for restful sleep. Instant Opennesses/X10??? Yeah, that could keep me Awake/X10!
Sweet Dreams! ![]()
