This past week I’ve tested Instant Honesty in combo with Ammo. Had some interesting results, but inconclusive so more testing is needed. I haven’t really noticed any self effects until maybe today. So before I leave for work I wanted to test out an Ammo, Instant Honesty, and Instant Shine combo on someone at work. This was all just 1 spray of each at regular strength about 1 hour before I left. Unfortunately for me, the girl I wanted to test this on seemed busy and didn’t pay any attention to me while I was leaving, so I was kind of bummed at that. Got home to a hot and humid house here in Hawaii, and immediately and oddly I was reminded of a time in my life about 18 years ago when I was going through a breakup as a Senior in HS. I was at my friend’s house, it was in the middle of the day about the same time in the early afternoon as today, the house was hot and it was a typical humid Hawaiian day. I remember feeling a bit depressed and alone. This is the same feeling I got today for some reason. Since I have to wake up and be at work at 4:30AM on Monday, I decided to get some sleep. Unfortunately since I generally work late and night, I’m having a hard time sleeping and keep waking up. The odd thing is when I am sleeping everything is fine. As soon as I wake up, I immediately feel depressed and alone and the memories of all the times feeling alone pops right into my head. This keeps going on and on as I keep waking up. It is better now since I think the pheromones are wearing off from earlier today. I really think this is the Instant Honesty or just pure coincidence. I’m really not sure where all this thoughts came from and why all of a sudden. My thinking is the Instant Honesty probably dub up some deep feelings and fears I have, but instead of talking it out with someone it turned into an inner conversation in my own head self consciously. This kind of reinforces the idea that these [pheromone products](https://a314.com/shop/) act as an enhancer or extension of what you are projecting. All these past weeks while testing I was in a good mood and seeing some good results and even if I say no results it didn’t bring me down. This was really the first time I felt really disappointed while wearing the pheromones and I think it took me to a bad place. Oh well, there is always tomorrow. ---

Hi CK53, thank you for posting your experience. It never happened to me with [Instant Honesty](https://a314.com/product/instant-honesty/). The effect you wrote about looks more similar to the one IFM gives to me. Anyway, it’s common that Pheros enhance our “base mood”, so, maybe you already were a bit depressed and it enhanced your feelings. Keep us updated. See ya. Franz ---

It’s possible that the [Instant Honesty](https://a314.com/product/instant-honesty/) generated a need to have conversation about something meaningful or at least significant to someone and because you were by yourself, you were the only one with something significant to talk about. Hence, as you theorized, perhaps you indeed were talking with yourself. I find myself doing that at times. Just the other day, it was pretty hot here, and I smelled someone smoking a cigarette. And there’s just something about cigarettes during really hot days that bring back a flood of memories of summers spent with my friends and how nice it was to just lounge around. I don’t even smoke cigarettes and just my friends did. I was not wearing any IH at the time, only some mx100. I suspect that while the IH might have magnified your attention to said subject, I think that the memories of the break up would likely have been triggered in either way if the conditions remained the same (as in you are by yourself). Maybe it worked out like this. You wanted to interact with a certain girl, but she was unavailable. So you were bummed out because it drew out similar feelings of isolation to when you suddenly found your HS girlfriend unavailable in a different manner. It hasn’t happened to me while wearing IH, but there have been times, even recently, I can remember trying to arrange plans with a girl that I just wanted to kick it with, but the plans falling through. And for some reason that would trigger memories of the times I just royally screwed up a relationship, or slipped up and let the whole house of cards fall down. All because of one missed connection that was supposed to be casual in the first place. We all know how strong pheromones can be. Well, don’t underestimate the connections between memory and smell. They are very strong as well. ---

[Instant Honesty](https://a314.com/product/instant-honesty/) has been used by many people for meditation. Beta-nol, it’s primary consituent has been mentioned as an aid to soul-searching, it often makes me introspective. Your responses are not unusual at all! Try tempering it with IO/alpha-nol.🙂 ---

wow, meditation? Didn’t know that. Gives my experiments more depth now that I know that instant honesty can be used in more self-effect situations. Although I have to ask, isn’t the purpose of meditation usually to clear your mind of any and all distractions including your own thought? How does IH come into play with meditaion in that respect? ---

I see..mega doses of pure beta Androstenol are different than IH alone or even mega doses of IH. Today while testing IH, I didn’t feel like I would be able to clear my mind at all. ---

Hi CK! Great report…glad you’re not discouraged! 🙂 I agree with what everyone in this thread has said. God! you are the damned smartest people and it’s a pleasure to know you. Yes, it is. Ok since we all agree, here’s my nickle for the pot. I think what happened is the [Instant Honesty](https://a314.com/product/instant-honesty/) brought up some honest feelings in _you_. If there’s something on your mind that’s been bothering you, that you’re depressed about or have depressive moments/thoughts about…Instant Honesty can trigger those emotions. You don’t have to be alone for it to happen…you can be _with_ people when it happens. It can be triggered by obsessive thoughts. Even a single thought can drive you down that road often triggered by memory or circumstance. They ‘take direction’ very well. And your mood is their primary directive. That’s why learning to steer pheromones is so important, by steering I mean with your own actions/thoughts, internal and external are equally important here…as well as the addition of other pheromones added to the mix. It can make or break a mix, i.e. how well it works for you. That takes time, patience and experimentation to get right and even then we continue to tweak it. LOL. So be careful with both what you apply and where/when you apply it. Even with careful planning things can ‘backfire’. Additional 'none can but not necessarily will make me more aggressive. When I find that happening I channel that into positive action. If I have added it for “social” use I channel that into being more outgoing and upping my romantic interactions with my wife. If it is at work, I channel that into more intense work. I have only channeled that aggression into actual aggression a couple times and that was to correct folks at work who were stepping out of line. And even that was done in an appropriate manner for the situation. I like the internal chatter of IH much more than the internal chatter of IO. It’s kinda like discussion radio vs gossip radio. I guess it wasn’t so much that I couldn’t clear my head, but I kept singing to myself. I’d stop and try not to, but then I’d just start singing again, or humming, or keeping beat, whatever one way or another I was making music in my head. I guess I just really wanted to listen to music. Something that just clicked in my head though. I noticed yesterday that my friend would dance around a lot. She normally does anyways, but yesterday it was more than usual. I was humming more than usual. I wonder if that has to do with IH urging us to express ourselves honestly? 🙄 ---

Thanks guys. On the products where I fear self effects, like [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) makes my head feel heavy and sometimes a very very mild headache, I usually apply it to my lower back to limit the effects. Earlier when testing Instant Honesty, I wasn’t sure what self effect I would have so I again applied to the back. That day though I applied it to my stomach area. Usually I apply ammo to my stomach, IO, or IH to my back, and IS to my wrists, but I applied them all to my stomach that day. Wasn’t all at once either. Ammo was about an hour earlier, then IH, then 30 minutes later IS. Anyway, last two days I have gone without any pheromones just to see what would happen. Honestly, the days seem pretty ordinary too me. People are still friendly with me especially at work since I’m well liked at work, but it seems like a regular day. I may go one more day at work without pheromones and be extra careful to project a happy image and see what happens. Then I’ll go back to IS and see the difference. I’m starting to like IS and Ammo together. Later I want to try some IFM and A314. I kind of want to try the A314 and Instant Honesty together if/when I go pick up another car 😃
