Many people here have limited budgets. Myself I just put all my cash down on a house, so I have almost nothing at the moment. Curious that you already know about the science but not the application/usage? What do you do?
Not sure about your choice of IO. If she is already a friend then surely you feel at ease already? I would have gone for the other communication product, IH. It creates a more bonded feeling. Lots of people use it with long term partners to get the loved up feeling out. However you have noted she is shy. I don’t know her so I’ll let you use your own judgement there. If you think she should talk up more, then sure grab some IO too.

Ammo contains alpha-nol though, which is the same pheromone in IH. So that may already be taken care of. Be wary of overusing androstenol in TUTH. You’re young so you’re already producing it, and she’s young so she’s cautious of it. Ammo already has a dash of androstenol in it.
Ammo, IO and IS would be my bet for her. IS is never wasted. Great product for inward and outward effects.
