Can you tell us in a nutshell what that means?  
What are the basic rules of “Fair Use for Educational Purposes”?

Good question.

I put it that way because the education guidelines for ‘fair use’ are almost unfair, to be perfectly honest.

I didn’t want to state that explicity, because if you dig around a little and look for legal opinions, you’ll see that you can get away with a LOT of copying under fair use for education. That’s exactly what this forum is for - pure, unbridled education. At least this particular category is. 😉

So, you know, post in accord in fair use law, and court precedent. Which means, liberally.

But this forum category only, please – I don’t want this one mixed up with commercial speech, which may happen from time to time in the other categories.

Basically i think he means dont copy and paste?
