Although I am rather new at this, I do have some results that I am rather thankful for. Over the past year, I have had several events take place that have left me depressed, building into a general feeling of blah with little ability to concentrate on things that are important in my life. One of the events that took place was getting completely screwed over in a relationship that I thought was to become marriage. I have had a very difficult time dealing with it. Anyway, this is where the A314 comes in (I think). Since wearing (2 to 3 drops to wrists and behind the ears) I have noticed that I am more confident and less focused on the past. I am able to focus on projects without being distracted by painful memories. In general, I’m feeling less blah (depressed). Oh, and when I think of the relationship…I don’t think of how I miss her, I think of what a terrible life she has made for herself because of a poor decision. 🙂 So, I haven’t had much of a chance to test in a social setting, but the self-effects are worth the price alone! ---

I always wear A314 as close to my face as possible to maximize the self effect, its just really uplifting like IS is only its more then just cheerfulness its like a feeling of being in control or something, hard to describe I usually go chest or neck area with this stuff ---

i’d have to agree with you. i too have noticed being able to concentrate a lot more at work. it could be a result of me NOT thinking about the bad things. ---

Yeah I wear a drop under my nose just for that reason. It was a Jasmin trick and by all things Pink, Squishy and warm it totally ROCKS.
