Hi, my name is Alex. I’m 26 years old and I’ve recently grown curious about [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/shop/) and their capabilities. From what I’ve found so far, the benefits are much greater than I imagined if used properly… I’ve always been fairly shy and find it difficult to come up with things to say in general, not just with women. Hi Waldo420, Welcome to this forum and thanks for your detailed intro. One information would be nice: What age target of ladies are you looking at? Maybe also, why do you think you have such a hard time reaching out to people? Is it shyness? Anxiety? Lack of self-confidence? I’d have to say my issues would fall on shyness or a lack of confidence…I’d be interested in women around 21-30ish…Don’t mind if she’s older or younger as long as it isn’t drastic. ---

Ok, then IS, IO, IH and IG all apply 🙂. Regarding Ammo, you can use either version. [Summer Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) works best on younger ladies 21-25. If you’re going for older ladies, get regular or world edition. If you have other questions, feel free to ask them. Hello Waldo420, You got great advice already. I would look into the **Men’s Ultimate Kit** as you would get all the items that is listed plus a lot more like MX297 which is very popular when going out to. This way you can test everything and see what is the best fit for you. I will still list a few and the key with these are to also work on opening up to and trying to be more social as well. My suggestions will be based on you wanting to attract women and be more open and social. I will only list the best ones for you starting out if you just had to pick a few. For now your best bet is to stay with the instant line and test and go from there. I normally list attraction first but this time I really think some of the socials are more important. **1. IO** This one is an ice breaker and will open people right up. I highly suggest trying on your neck/throat area so it helps you open up as well as others and this will get you the maximum results. This will help with every area like school, work, dating, and anything else. **2. Ammo** This one is for attraction and your best bet as a standalone. Nice cologne scent to. [Summer Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) is best for 18-30 age range. Great for day use to. Very balanced and so you should not have to worry to much about OD if you don’t go crazy on the number of sprays. If anything else I would get these 2 at a very minimum.
