Hey, how’s everyone doing? I’m Gunja and I just joined the forums…I’m 29 and live in Orlando, Florida. I’ve been trying to learn more and more about the different kinds of pheromones that are out there. One of the main reasons I joined is to learn more about [Turn Up the Heat](https://a314.com/product/turn-up-the-heat-tuth/) and A314. I’m a rather shy person and its left me lonely many a times. Once I get to know a person then I become a blabber mouth lol…but anyways, I was hoping to try out Turn Up the Heat and get advice from users here. Very informative site. Best of luck to everyone. Hey Gunja! Welcome the forum. Sounds like you have already taken a look around a bit, but make sure that you take a look at the mens forum and stickies for some great advice to get you started. If you are a shy person you may want to take a look at the socials (Instant shine, and instant openness etc) These ones will help with peoples comfort around you and can be good for conversations. Turn up the Heat is a very sexual pheromone and may not be a good place to start, unless you are looking to do the club thing and pick up girls for one night stands, but even then you may want to try ammo to start. Thanks for the great feedback Curiouschic. I will definitely look in to [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) & Instant Shine. I’m looking for something I could wear at the gym since I like to workout often. I’ve tried to start conversations at times but it seems there’s no spark. Maybe Instant Openness might be a good start off point for me. I also frequent movie theatres and NBA games…would Ammo be good for those places? ---

welcome gunja 🙂 just as Curious chic said i suggest u start with socials ( Instant shine, Instant Honesty, [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/), instant gentleman) A314 is also a good product that give u respect. I would tell u to get ammo before Turn Up The Heat. Ammo is great for beginner. Im sure ammo would be great for both theaters and games, add some socials to the ammo to make people more comfortable with u and chatty. i look forward to seeing ur results bond ---

Hello Gunja and welcome to the forum. Bond and Curious are right - Ammo and the socials are the way to go. Ammo has the same amount of none in it as UTTH but it is better buffered so it says I am interested, not something a little more crass like Turn Up The Heat. Also A314 can be a little tricky - it will give you the respect but it can also create distance between you and others. Women who are very sure of themselves and want that kind of guy will be attracted. Women who are shy may be pushed away. It really can be a two edged sword if you do not use something like [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) to buffer it a little. ---

Hello welcome to the forum 🙂 Good advice from the members above. A314 is great for work and upping your status but you will have to approuch more wearing it. TUTH comes on very strong and causes arousal. Its best used in one on one encounters with someone who is comfortable with you. I think you should look into AMMO which attracts and is sexy without being overbearing and IO and Ishine to help both you and others communicate more. Thanks for the feedback from everyone. The general consensus is that I should go with a social kind first alongwith Ammo. All this really helps a lot in my buying decision as I am new to the pheromones market. I will definitely post my results once I try out the products. Thanks again to everyone 🙂
