Hello, I am Mike and i am a current owner of a [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) pheremone spray. I have a friend who is in high school (He’s ending freshman year.) (15 years old) Is it ok for him to use pheremone sprays like ammo? Are potent sprays safe for his age range?

Hi mike, I’m just turning 20 and I’ve used pheros for a few years on and off. Your friend would be best off with socials at that age (eg IH IO IS IG). One of my favorite combos is IH and ig. With ammo, he could OD easily. I could only do one spray, two with summer edition.

At fifteen, Ammo will probably be OK as its pretty well balanced - try a single spray to see how he goes. Watch-out for the signs of a typical None OD on/around him - most usually its just ghosting/being avoided but sometimes guys around him might begin to get cranky or he might be a bit more cocky/aggressive than normal. In that case he needs to wash it off and look for something more social to balance his natural output.
