# What do i do bout TUTH...

Ok last nite I went out with four sprays of tuth and two sprays of IO2x. I need some advice. I guess I did not OD, since everyone seemed very nice and cool. Do I try five shots of tuth or try using te along with npa with some IO2x. Id love some advice from the mone family out there. Im 29, so what is typical none production of a 29 year old male. peace and ty

what were you trying to do? if it was to attract women maybe you should try ammo since turn up the heat is better when you know the women is already interested, and ammo gets you noticed.

I think turn up the heat is better when you know she wants you for attraction like jbos said ammo would be better.

Hi Jayzee327,  
I agree witht he guys about the use of Turn Up The Heat and AMMO. Just like the other said, TUTH works better if you already know your target, and she already shown some interest, while AMMO sounds like working better with unknown people. By the way, TUTH means to “Turn up” the heat and not “to start the heat”. The name says it all ;-)…

On the androstenone production: I’m one year older but I’d definitely OD on 4 sprays. Age is only _one_ factor to be taken into account. Aside from your hormonal system (amount of testosterone produced naturally) there’s even more factors like the weather and how much you sweat. The warmer it is and the more you sweat the faster the molecules will fly off your skin - so you give off much more androstenone than someone in a colder climate not sweating at all… Soooo - only you can tell how much androstenone you need!
