I use LS’s chemset A1. It works just as well as IFM but with only 1 or 2 drops. Knocks out my GF’s PMS symptoms like magic…

Gegogi - is the A1 from LS in oil or alcohol? I’m looking at it and it’s 10mg dissolved into 10ml of undefined liquid, just says “reagent grade”

It’s made by Stone Labs and uses an alcohol carrier. It’s extremely rare to see any mones in oil carriers and they make a point of of it if they are. I have only seen chemset, AKA reagent grade, product sold in alcohol carrier or in dry form. If you prefer oil, you might consider buying in in dry form from a wholesale supplier and rolling your own. Supplier links are posted at [pherotruth.com](http://pherotruth.com)

IFM is mainly A1. The mens version had a few buffers to try to cut down on the negative effects some men experienced with it, while the womens version was pretty much stright A1.

Gegogi’s suggestion of Stone Labs A1 is about the only true substitute you’ll find to replace IFM.

I’m lucky enough to still have some A1 at 30 mcg’s per spray, but unfortunate in that when I was in South Beach this summer I left a full bottle of IFM in the hotel room. ☹

I have heard it mentioned that [P74](https://a314.com/product/p74/) is a close option. Have not tried it like that though.

I thought about mentioning [P74](https://a314.com/product/p74/) for the comfort factor, but don’t really know that it would help mitigate the PMS factor.

I also thought about suggesting a combo of P74/P104, for comfort and to lighten the mood, maybe?

IFM was/is thought to be based on the A1 or androstadienone molecule. It is reputed to be a comforting and calming and possibly sexually exciting to women molecule.

Pherlure is based on something else entirely and is supposed to attract women. It isn’t held in too high regard by many around here. It’s not the same as IFM at all.

Hope this helps.

Unfortunately P96 is unavailiable as well!

If you need an equivalent substitute for [Instant Female Magic](https://a314.com/product/instant-female-magic/), you can get straight Androstadienone from Love Scent . It’s the active ingredient in IFM, so it’ll work just as well. The only downside is that its smell is kind of strong, so you’ll need cologne to cover it. Speaking of which, Pherlure was mentioned a number of times in this thread. It may not be a good product, but it makes a great cover scent, since it smells nice.

I would advise against using pherlure as a cover scent. Here’s why.

You cannot be sure it is or is not phero-active. If it is, then you’ve just thrown a wildcard into your mix.

Besides, the scent fades quickly.

Just for fun (to try on my GF) I just ordered some Androstadienone and was wondering what it smells like? I plan on mixing it with products from here but still curious. I also ordered EOW just out of curiosity because I’ve seen a few products here with copulins that DEFINITLY added to the hits I was getting.

I have some A1 unscented. To me it smells like hay. To some people it smells of distant flowers. To others it is a horrid scent, akin to bad BO. Some people smell nothing at all. And yet others smell… well… depends on who you ask, and what their specific genetic make-up is.

Very interesting, thanks! 🙂

Reminds me of how people react to the smell of ~none. I can faintly smell a musky BO type smell. Someone else I know can’t stand it unless it is well covered.

Just a note for you on the EOW: It’s been said that the recent batches released are nowhere near as potent as the older batches and the strong oder is missing.

**Quoted with permission,** but edited to remove what might be objectionable references

> [@](#):
>
> The manufacturer explained that the reason it smells different is that the indole was removed, which lent a strong smell of feces to the EOW.
>
> Astrid Jutte included indole in her original recipe because it is part of the natural range of smells that emanate from that region of the body.
>
> The original batch of EOW used her written recipe exactly. Then after it was on the market James Kohl informed Phil that while Astrid’s recipe did indeed list indole, she never actually added the ingredient when she formulated it herself. (And by the way, as a matter of general interest - her testosterone reaction tests were conducted using ONE DROP of copulins diluted in ONE GALLON of water.) So, anyway, when the next batch of EOW was brewed up, he did not include the indole.
>
> It’s not that the latest batch is weaker. It still contains the exact amount of (for lack of a better word) pheromone solution as it did before. What has changed is the **scent indicator** everyone has been relying on to gauge how much they were wearing.

Anyway, I hope some of you find this information useful.

So if I was to buy some A1 what other sprays could I use to counter some of the effects?
