# What dosage for 1st outing

Hi Guys

I’m going dancing tomorrow night so I thought this would be a great opportunity to try out an Ammo / Instant Shine combo… I’ve read that I will have to experiment to find the right dosage for me, but what should I start with bearing in mind my age (50) and I read that older guys can benefit from higher dosages.

Also I read a lot about where to apply - some people seem to swear by one spray here & one there etc, where as I’ve seen a post from someone who just sprays the whole lot on their chest and mixes it together- does it really make a difference 😕

Any advice welcome, & I’ll let you know how I get on 😃

Even though your 50 start slow. You dont want to make the change to your signature dramatic plus you need to find your dosage.

I would start with one and not a combo because if you wear both you wont know which one is causing which effect.

If you decide to go with the traditional “phero baptism” then use [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) 2 sprays 1 to chest one to neck and 3 Ishine 1 hair 1 chest 1 neck.

Yes it makes a difference with mones. You want them to diffuse from your body into the air so others are effected by them. Spraying to the hot spots on the body helps this. Some people will find thay certain areas of the body diffuse better for them so you have to experiment a little with that to. Layering a certain way dosnt make a huge difference but a good way to apply is to wear you socials (Ishine IH) on top of your sexuals( AMMO TUTH) so those molocules diffuse first drawing them in and making them comfortable and then you sexuals can move in and arouse.

A314 is a high alpha mix, PM me or steveo if you need the password for the A314 forum. The guys down there can teach you the best way to use it. 😉
