Hi Friends 🙂 , I Recently bought “Ammunition & Instant Shine”😉 but am unable to use them in a proper way 😕 😕 😕 as i did’nt find much attention, can some one pls help me with the right mix & the number of sprays I need to opt for???😕 ---

Only you are able to find your ‘sweet spot’ for these products. The right amount is different from individual to individual. But as a rough guess I can say: Most people see best results between 2 and 4 sprays of [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) and 2 or 3 sprays of IShine. At your age I would start with 2 sprays Ammo and 2 Shine and work my way up from there. For me 3x Ammo To Go (around 2.5x Ammo from the big bottle) + 2x Shine works great… Edit: Oh, and your posts are read even if you use normal font size… 😉 ---

Hi Mike What Bob says on the ratio. 😃 I would just like to ask if you first tried them alone or together. Always start by using one product at a time so you can find your sweet spot. It may take a few trys to find just the right amount to wear. Once you find it you will feel more confident in the products and then start trying to mix. Tisha ---

Realize you can spray Ammo on a fencepost, a woman walks by and nuttin’ happens. [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/shop/) are context sensitive. So you have 2 main variables to tweak: your behavior and dosage. Your behavior must complement your phero signature. If your words and actions don’t jive with your phero cloud, you come off as confusing or weird (& get ignored). Ammo has as friendly vibe, a touch of alpha dude and an undercurrent of sensuality. You gotta play that role or you’ll get the same results as the fencepost–nuttin’. I agree with Bob, start with one product (Ammo) and a low dosage–1 or 2 sprays. Use it around people for a week or two observe their reactions. Adjust dose based on your observations. Once you have the optimal dose, try the other product, IS. It’s more of a “finisher” and should complement Ammo with a subtle feel good vibe. Personally I can live without IS as Ammo is pretty complete as is. You can apply anywhere you want: clothing, hair or exposed skin (wrists, chest, neck). It merely needs to reach the nose of your target. I like it as far from my nose and eyes as possible. I often apply to pants (groin area), wrists and shirt (belly area). Works great, especially on dates when the scent draws her to your little man. ---

Hi Maybe you should tell us how your using them. How much do you use? Where do you apply them? What enviroment do you wear them in (Bar, work) ? What kind of reaction are you hoping to achieve? Hi, I use it at work & some times in Gym. I use 3 sprays each of [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) & Ammo on my wrists, Chest & Neck! I dont see any reaction everything normal… ---

How will you know when they are working - what kind of response are you looking for? Unless you’re around people who are drinking a lot, they may not be very overt in their reaction to you; it will not resemble an Axe commercial. Until you exert yourself socially with them, mainly you’ll see things like more eye contact, changes in how they position themselves, how much they mirror your stance/gestures, perhaps people seeming a bit more interested in you. Are you being outgoing, initiating contact? You still have to initiate and should see more receptivity in those you interact with, more of an enthusiastic or positive response. The best way to test/learn about each product is to apply and then forget about it - don’t be self-consciously monitoring every little thing in real-time. At the end of the day, review in your mind how it went - how were you received, how easily were you able to negotiate through the day, how friendly/respectful/humorous/deferential were people today? Pheromones won’t create sexual attraction - you have to do that yourself. They do give you a bigger aura, get you more notice, so that your own behavior makes more of an impact. It’s still _your behavior_ that counts most, though. A really nice cologne worn at suitable low-key level will do much the same thing, though of course the combination of that with pheros will really slay them! ---

For a 21-year old, Tater would think 1 spray of Ammo + 1 [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/). Im older than that and 3 sprays of Ammo is an OD for me. ---

But again, the amount you can safely use depends on the environment. I mean, a girl walking around in the office building in a bathing suit wouldn’t (or shouldn’t) get hit on as much as if she were on the beach. Same with -none, an OD would be like being in your bathing suit in an office building. ---

Day 1: Shower intensely to get rid of any leftover pheros and have a clean test Day 2: Two sprays of [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) under chin Day 3: One spray Ammo to under chin Day 4: Instant Shine (4) Day 5: Ammo (1) + Instant Shine (2) Report your results along the way.
