Hello They are training a new client service rep this week. She is doing great from what I hear. She can help with Client service issues only at this time. Her name is ashley. [Pheromone](https://pheromonelabs.com/) questions you need to ask here as she can not yet anwser those. Sometimes you can get though to steveO but the reason for the rep is so he can do the job he was hired for.
