# What I wont to do with pheromone

and I thought going out with the sister of my close friend(male) is a bad idea…  
However, it’s your choice and believe me always do whatever YOU want to do; it’s your life. Don’t do the same mistakeS that I have done.

Double strength of [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) will give you the total opposite result that your seeking.  
As for mixing A314 and Turn up the heat, I believe A314+Ammo might be a better mix.

If I were you, I’d use A314+Ammo and when/if things get much better later, then I will start using Turn up the heat
