Things have gone down recently, and I just want to protect myself. I know the mones won’t have that much effect regarding this, but I was hoping for something that would give off the vibe that I’m non-threatening, but also of high value to the society. I will probably be up against a girl from my past who has a few mental issues. She has money which worries me, but aside from that, her past relationships and activities are dirty and I look like a saint in comparison, so I’m not worried about losing anything, but I still just want to be sure. Any suggestions? ---

I would think this cries out for A314, or maybe IG. When I had my recent dealings with the police, A314 and [P74](https://a314.com/product/p74/) helped superbly. 🙂 ---

IG IH and Ishine Stay away from A314 for this situation. Remember you are wearing IH so act accordingly. ---

A314 can make you seem like an ALPHA dominent male and in the case of cops they are the ones who have a identity crisis in many instances. They want to feel as if they are the alpha’s so A314 can very much indeed add a real challenge to those feelings. If they have a complex you’re in for trouble. The IG will still give you an ALPHA vibe, but warm and charismatic, gentlemanly. A314 if you come over dominant over a poor little girl who is submissive and sweet you look like a tool. A gentleman however is a gentleman. IH and Ishine for good measure. ---

Depends which court. I was in there for a ticket (no lawyer needed) and A314 with my suit helped tremendously. I haven’t yet used IG but the couple of times that I did get pulled over for speeding was with A314 on. One highway cop completely ignored that I knew a police officer, until I asked him nicely to take a look at the credentials I was given by that said officer and he let me go. Mind you he was already pissed that he thought I ran from him (he didn’t turn his lights/siren on until he got right behind me). But he still let me go, again I was in my suit cause I was heading to work so I don’t know whether it was a good thing or a bad thing but both times I had it go in my favor. ---

I’d vote A314, but as we ALL KNOW … it probably varies from officer to officer. 😃 When I got my ticket … 80 in a 70 … I was wearing TUTH, A314, [P83](https://pheromonelabs.com/product/p83/) and NPA, heading to an outdoor Jazz set. This was the conversation … **“Did you know you were doing 83?”** **“No, Sir … I had my cruise control on 80, and when I noticed I was passing everybody, I slowed down.”** **“Well, you’re getting a ticket for 83!!!”** :o Goes and writes my ticket. When he comes back, yes, I’m pissed!, but I politely say, **“Excuse me, but can you tell my why you snapped at me?”** **“I’m sorry … I’ll tell them you cooperated.”** **“Why wouldn’t I? You have a gun, and I don’t.”** He turns and walks away. Son of a biscuit eater! 😠 I said all that to say, in this case … _ **“-NONE GETS YOU BONED!”** _ 🙄 ---

A314 is a definite. I’d probably add some [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) in there too. But above all, come prepared to court armed with facts and a thorough knowledge of them. When you come prepared with documentation, know it thoroughly like the back of your hand, and can shoot holes (like blam! blam! blam!) all through the opposition’s argument, it goes a long way. If you have counsel, you may want to have a session with him/her to review how your interests will be represented. ---

A good friend wore A314 to court for some serious felony stuff a few weeks back. The judge listened to everything he had to say, then said “you seem pretty snug, like you believe you’re the man! Well in my court I’m the man and I accept your guilty plea. I reject the prosecutors suggestions for a deal and your sentencing will occur on…” His bail was remanded and he sits in jail waiting on his 13-27 year term. Yeah he wore A314 too, but yeah go for it. ---

When you’re dealing with that many people with superiority complexes, wearing something like A314 would be a bad idea because that could, just as Steve pointed out, just make the people in charge all the more aggressive towards you. IG, IH, maybe a bit of IS. That’s all I’d go with if anything at all. Personally I wouldn’t mess with pheros at all in a situation like that. Yea you want to have an edge but dealing with the law, the best thing to do is just keep your cool, don’t act like an idiot and stick to the facts. ---

I personally don’t think that IG or A314 or anything for that matter could have influenced an outcome that serious in that specific situation. That would essentially give the mones stronger credence that we’ve all mentioned here in the past. ---

Masu, you don’t say what the actual charges are against you. I won’t press you but it’s hard to say what will help you without knowing more about the situation and what kind of lawyer you or she has, or if you have decided to defend yourself w/o counsel in this case. My advice is to threaten no one. Be a gentleman and appropriately contrite. Dress in a suit and keep your comments short and polite. It doesn’t mean you’re a wuss. It means you’re smart and know how to behave properly in court. You are dealing with authority figures in their little authority uniforms who just love to do their little authority dance. 🙂 And you must let them have it or they will be unhappy and you don’t want to make them unhappy do you? So let them have it and it will go easier on you. Get over the fact that in this instance _you are not the man_. The judge is the man, just as Steve **O** said. just go by what Steve said.. avoid A314 … you are going to be in big trouble, if the cops after smelling A314 develops an inferiority complex.. 😃 I’d recommend bathing in IH and shine just before the event ---

it’s a long story. i feel it’s not best to get into details. I just want you all to know I am innocent though. I am thinking about IG and IH because it would make me seem less harmful. Kind of like an innocent guy who got caught up in something, which is what I am. I am just worried because the girl comes from a rich family so I needed an edge in another area. at this point I don’t know how far it will go, there is no court date set or anything, but there was an encounter recently, so I am a bit worried. for the people saying not to use A314, I’m wondering how the cops who arrest mobsters, or bernie madoff felt as they were doing it. I wonder if they all want a piece of that, or if they are kind of scared of doing it (especially w/ mobsters) and for the guy who asked my age, i am mid-20s ---

I don’t blame you for being worried. Money can buy just about anything, including freedom. From what you said I thought you were already on your way to the courthouse. If it hasn’t yet escalated to the point of you formally being sued, is there any way you could possibly manage to settle the dispute out of court? Whatever happens, however it goes down, I wish you the best of luck and hope it goes the way you want it to, masu. 🙂 Get your shit together, show up well groomed with everything in order. Mind yourself and don’t be a jackass. 😉 And hope that the judge who tries your case ain’t a friend of her daddy. Other than that you can only try to present yourself in the best possible light and hope for impartial/unbiased judgment on the judge’s part and that he’ll see through whatever she/her lawyers cook up. They’re both gangs, it’s just legal for one bunch to carry guns. There’s so much testosterone/money/drugs/prostitution/bullshit flying around I’m surprised these guys don’t just explode. They all want a piece of something/someone. It depends on who the cops really work for/what the pay off is. Do they work for the police department or the mobster they just arrested? Either way, playing both sides of the fence is a lot harder than it looks, lol. It’s a good way to end up fired, if you’re lucky…or in the can more than likely…or pushin’ up daisies, if you’re not so lucky. All in a day’s work I suppose. 🙄 Bella ---
