# What is inside AMMO??? (except androstenone)

Hey! AplAy from Sweden here!

I just ordered " “AMMUNITION” (In the Battle of the Sexes!) [Pheromone Cologne](https://a314.com/shop/)  
for Men (AMM/m)" tonight but I don’t see any description of the chemicals inside  
(I would guess that androstenone is one of the but I don’t know the rest, yet).

I am asking because I don’t want to “buy a pig in a poke” as the saying goes, I  
mean it is chemicals we’re talking about and we all know sniffing petrol is always  
nice but never a good idea. So any chemist here that could give me details?

**There is no definitive answer.**  
As there are no studies on the long term usage of [pheromones](https://a314.com/shop/).  
I can tell you from personal experience it can throw your natural pheromone output off balance from long term use but other then that i have not experienced any other bad side effects.  
To my knoweldge AMMO contains NONE, RONE and Nols.  
I could be wrong but im sure some other forum users can chime in the correct answer.

Ammo has 3 pheromones totaling 7.5 mcg per spray.

2.5 of Androstenone, 2.5 of arone and 2.5 of anol. Very effective and well rounded mix.

They have a choice of 1X the standard or 2X heavy ammo.

Heavy ammo is more for the guy who is older who needs to use more sprays or for younger men who have used 1X already and know for sure their dosage is more then 2 sprays and want to just use 1 spray so they are not over scented.
