# What is the size of the full size sprays?

I am looking at [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/), just in case the sizes are different. I see that it is approximately 200 sprays, but what does that mean in ounces or ml’s?

The Bigger IS is 30ML or 1 OZ and has roughly 200 full sprays worth of product.

The smaller Togo 5ML or 0.17 OZ bottle has around 40 sprays.
