# What pheremones should i buy?

Hi all

So I´ve decided to try if this pheremone stuff really works.  
And I have got suggestions on ammo, instant shine and turn up the heat.

Which one is good to try first, for noobs? I want one which i can use daily att school/work or just going to the city etc. Turn up the heat looks to be more for clubs etc? Is ammo a good choice to use daily?

I want pheremones for attracting more girls and to get more social popular, and I want one that i can use daily for that.  
And which is the best one for getting laid? 😛

So which is the best first-buy?

[Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) is a good all round product and the one product I think every man should have in his arsenal so in my opinion its the best place to start.

Tuth has no social buffers. Its sex in a bottle and comes on strong so you dont want to start with it. Get familar with posts on it first so you have a good understanding on how the guys are using it effectively.

I Know you said one but I would suggest one social IH or IO, You mention wanting to be more socially popular and this will help.

Keep in mind they have to-go bottles so you can test them out at a low cost and see how you like them before you fall in love with them and buy the big ones 😉

After Tisha’s expert advice I would only add that you consider [Instant Gentleman](https://a314.com/product/gentleman/). I have used it to good end and am sure it would do good for you too.

I use it to buffer another product but it would give you a cool/sauve/older kinda vibe. Perfect for girls your age and slightly older.
