Okay, ladies! Question for y’all. Say I’m formulating a perfume for a girl-friend. Along with the usual EOs and FOs, I thought I’d lace it with some pheros, strictly for self-effects. Obviously, I don’t want the guys all over her like flies (although that’s likely to happen anyway, but why enhance that effect?). I’m looking to make a very subtle calming, uplifting effect. Which pheros and how much would you recommend? I was thinking A1, EST, and TAA? If it matters, planned EO/FO mix is Yuzu, Lilac, [Neroli](https://a314.com/product-category/scented/androtics-neroli/), Bulgarian Rose, Amber, Rosewood, and White Musk. ---

Instant Shine, definite. Maybe a touch of [Instant Female Magic](https://a314.com/product/instant-female-magic/) for that time of the month though, that’s if you’re looking for the calming effect. ---

bare in mind this is just my opinion based on what i have read in this forum over the last few years + … your not going to find a phero mix that isnt attractive to some degree to other people other than IFM. i would definately read some older posts about it before using _only_ that mix. if you wanted her to feel genuinely good, i would consider MX135. my experience with it is that its a _girly_-instant-shine. im definately looking forward to what other female members will be saying… if i wasnt aware of [pheromones](https://a314.com/) and someone laced a perfume for me, i would be totally into the MX135, _but if they laced it with instant sexiness a or b_ , i would be all over them (makes me feeeel sexxay) _and_ uplifted. dont misunderstand and think she will be all over everybody, it doesnt work that way. otherwise, they would rename it “instant nympho” and it would be the men’s best seller 😃 ---

Based on Tisha’s report ([P96 saves Christmas](https://pheromonetalk.com/t/p96-saves-christmas/23814)), I would say P96! I haven’t tried it myself yet, so I can’t give a personal experience, but I cannot wait until it’s back in stock! Alas, I missed the P96 gravy train over the holidays. Damn that holiday travelling! ---

Well. Looks like I have a lot of research and reading to do before deciding on something. I wasn’t worried about her getting all worked up. More of the pheros extending beyond self-effects to effect others around her. So just a bit, I’d say. Tisha’s P96 thread sounds awesome. MX135 sounds great too. Indeed what I’m looking for is simply a feel-good phero for girls. I am somewhat familiar with the male-oriented putatives and what they are alleged to do, but I am totally in new ground with these. So thanks for the replies everyone!
