Hi all, I’m the older newbie who recently joined for the first time. I just got Ammunition, and a sample of [Turn Up the Heat](https://a314.com/product/turn-up-the-heat-tuth/). I notice the Ammo has a noticeable scent, that I can even smell on myself after applying it, unlike other colognes I’ve worn before. If I get asked what I’m wearing, what should I say? I have been wearing Chrome, but I don’t think it smells like Ammo. Can anyone give me any suggestions, or do you have any insight as to what brand of department-store cologne that Ammo spells like? Like Nautica, Obssession for Men, or other designer fragrance? Thanks in advance for your help. I’m looking forward to seeing how women react to the Ammo. I’m in my early 50s, and work with a woman in her early 30s, who actually has no sense of smell because of a birth defect or some other reason. So I’m interested to see if Ammo or TUTH has any effect on her, since she can’t smell. But perhaps the scent might touch her VNO organ in her nose, which I’ve read about. ---

If you have the standard scent ammo FF21 it is supposed to be similar to Creeds Green Irish Tweed. I have not smelled it though so Im just going on what other users have said in the past. ---

Just make something up. Tell them it’s imported from France or something. FF21 does not smell like GIT. ---

from my experience with ammo you can just say it is detergent and people will more than likely believe you. lol ---

You could just say you’re wearing a cologne called Ammo. You could use it as conversation starter or maybe even flip some attraction switches with it. Example: “A friend gave it to me. She said it contains [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/). What do you think?” Then point her to your neck for a closer sniff. ---

The original [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) was very close to Nautica Competition and worked well as is. However, the current Ammo smells like cheap soap or laundry detergent. It does semi-cover and improve with light citrus based colognes like Issey Miyake, One, Weekend or Chrome. Just don’t use more than 2 sprays or the combined effect will propel you into “that cologne guy” land. If any asks me I just say Issey Miyake, One, Weekend or Chrome, and it’s actually the truth. ---

I have AMMO with the FF22 scent, when I apply it on my skin it smells like dishwashing soap, however after 30-60mins the smell goes away and it actually starts to smell nice, quite manly, cologne-like, but not overwhelming. ---

If girls compliment my smell, I say “oh yeah I took a shower this week.” THey always laugh. If they keep pressing, i say it’s liquid Dial. They drop it after that. ---

I don’t remember how to edit so.. Does Ammo with “Game” scent still exist? Or is the FF21 way better smelling? (even possible? o.O) Does any other products have Game scent? ---

I just got a batch of the new Ammo, not realizing they changed the scent. YUCK! Why did they decide to change it? I loved the original scent, and got so many hits with it. Now I just smell like I rubbed myself in dryer sheets. Does it cover better? Anyone have any luck with it, versus the old version? ---

Is it the FF21? scent the new one have? Because i also liked the Game scent very much. ☹ ---

I first bought ammo back in 08. Then in 09 I bought a big bottle of it and the scent changed. And now in 11 it changed again. The previous versions were sweet and subtle, this one is so strong and soapy, even when I take off the cap. Game scent was nice. And I think there was a period of time where it was just called “Ammo scent.” But my memory may be hazy. I just remember it smelling nice as well. does anyone actually like the current scent? ---
