# What should my -nol, -rone & none be?

Hi fellas,

I just used the Phero Profiler program and found out how much of those -nol, -rone, and -none my body create as below:

Androstenol: 4.03 Medium  
Androsterone: 3.97 Low  
Androstenone: 4.55 Medium

My question is: What’s the number of those should I get up to when using [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/shop/)? I’m having A314 (Which I don’t know how much -rone it has per spray), Ammo TOGO (2.5mcg of [androstenone](http://www.pheromonetalk.com/%22androtics.com%22Instant) per spray, less than 2.5 a little bit because it’s TOGO), IH TOGO (I don’t know how much -nol it has) & P83 (putatives) TOGO right now.

A314 is in oil drops not alc sprays. It’s 23 mcg of total mones per drop…80% rone, the rest assorted molecules designed to steer it in an “Alpha Male” direction.  
So assuming the profiler is accurate a high Rone product like that would be good. [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) would also be a good choice, it’s equal portions each of Rone, None, and Alpha Nol. So it will boost your None and Nol levels but not as much as your Rone levels.

To acheive what?

As good as nbully’s calc is, it will only tell you an approximation. Maybe save you some time in finding sweet spots and knowing which mixes to use, but it won’t matter till you test.
