I would like to know what [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/shop/) could possibly decrease testosterone in women and which ones should be avoided for that. Anyone know?

Well mones cant decrease or increase your natural internal hormones.

However with certain mone products your giving off a bi product or derivative of Testosterone so it may seem to others subconsciously that you make alot.

I would avoid all the mens mones. Anone, Arone and A1

I am not sure what to tell you to avoid with the putatives because they dont tell us the real chemical names so I cant look to see where it derives from. My guess would be [P75](https://pheromonelabs.com/product/p75/) and P76

ah ok, well I guess not knowing if it would make a difference on how much testosterone you have doesn’t really give me a definite answer but thanks anyway hehe

I don’t know if I can avoid all these though, it wouldn’t be as much fun, oh well! lol

Sorry LOL

Androstenone is in Turn Up The Heat AMMO A314 Raw power Dirty Instant Jerk

Androsterone is in Instant Gentleman A314 AMMO

Androstadienone is in [Instant Female Magic](https://a314.com/product/instant-female-magic/) ( I dont think this one would be harmful at all its rather calming and soothing) Great for PMS

Once in a while they use a little tiny bit in womens mixes but not alot.

I believe avoiding pheromones that can raise testosterone levels in men, such as copulins.

other things that can reduce testosterone levels-
increase your amount of sex,
increase your plant estrogens, such as soy products.
loosing some muscle mass may help as well.

Aerobics is better, or lift lighter amounts of weight for a larger numbers of sets. else you can build more muscle mass and thus increase your testosterone levels

I’m actually quite unmuscular, though I have reason to believe I have too much testosterone… which I really have no need for right now…hmmm does licorice really help? you mean the candy twists? lol

This is very true in men, and in women excess testosterone can be burned up by strength training.

Copulins do not raise Testosterone in women. They do in men though by 130% to 150 %. Both were proven by the Astrid Jutte studies.
