That’s how long it takes to get a court date in the States!![]()
That’s a for sure. The case I was called to witness for has been extended three times already by the defense. Now scheduled for mid-June… maybe… Maybe they are hoping all the witnesses die off from old age.
What are “ganjie charges”?
By the way, yeah, cool idea to use pheromones, good luck though.
Today I sent out some packages and sprayed them with CTTM, lol.
yeah, I know the US legal system, your appeals and extension of time due to “unforseen circumstances”, can go on for years and years
but it is not much better in Australia or parts of Europe
the Law can be very daunting and frustrating to the average person, especially due to the long process and time delays
I disagree I think it will work very well, because I am very sensitive to pheromones, so I’m only going to wear A314 I’ve decided, this court appearance is actually a hearing, small room, judge, lawyer, cop, prosecuter … I will type out how it goes, but I feel confident
well, as far as i know corpus juris which they are trying enforce instead of habeas corpus in EU should speed the process up a bit, the down side is 1) loss of civil liberties (but in these times of war on ideologies we have gotten pretty used to that) and 2) a much larger amount of the accused will be locked up (rather have a few innocent in jail, then have a few guilty on the loose)
btw, ganjie is as far as im aware another word for pot, cannabis, weed or hash
(as far as i know they are all the same thing… a lot of names though)
oh, and good luck with it. never touched drugs in my life, but just exactly hash should (in my opinion) be legal to smoke, as long as your doing it at home.
im a Lawyer, its not so simple, unfortunantly
I don’t know, in my experience wearing A has made people very hesitant to condemn me. Isn’t judge all about judging people? Wouldn’t they judge someone dressed poorly, seems like a slacker harsher than someone who stands straight and wears the holy grail of pheromones (at the very least benefit of the doubt, which will make all the difference)? or is it just a matter of the physical distance and capability of sensing it… also my lawyer is a good one and we have some good arguments. That’s why I feel confident
If your hearing was anything like mine, then you pheromones will not work, because the judge is distant from the stand. I went to court for petty theft charges (stupidest shit I’ve ever done in my life, and it was to support the habit that you are facing charges with), which was a courtroom with benches full of other people who were awaiting their plead of either guilty, no contest, or not guilty. Anyways, if you live in Tampa, then you can forget about pheromones having an effect on the judge – they may help you act more mature, but the chances are it’s not going to sway his or her decision. Btw, I went to court within thirty days, so it’s probably just your location. It wouldn’t hurt to wear A314, but I doubt it will do anything of significance.
By the way, how much were you busted with?
Well it turns out you were all right, the judge was too far for it to make any difference. However, luckily they let me off the hook for this with a warning, though this was arranged before the hearing so it had nothing to do with the pheromones, just luck & first offense, they caught me with about 8 G’s … I will say this knowing I had the A made me feel relaxed and comfortable about it during the days leading up to it, knowing that I’d have it.
A314 may help boost your “bearing” (image) if you benefit from “self-effects.” May help give you an air of sincerity etc that could help when being judged by anybody, not just in a “legal” sense.
I had “exposure” to MJ in my younger days. Didn’t really do anything for me I couldn’t “create” myself so to speak. And what it did do wasn’t much. Notice I don’t seem to experience the “self-effects” some who use pheromones speak of. Wonder if there is a common thread…
(Yeah I know what some of you are thinking… “mind-altering” substances won’t work if you don’t have a mind to alter…)
