Hi everyone. When new users introduce themselves here, they usually have a few questions about their personal situations. Now, all new users who introduce themselves will have the option of selecting which post contained the “best answers”. This is very similar to what you may have seen on the “Yahoo Answers” service. **When “Unanswered” appears next to a topic’s title** , it means that the original poster hasn’t yet rated which answer to their thread was most helpful. **If you’re a new user reading this…** Just click the “Mark best answer” link on the response that’s most helpful to you. You’ll only be able to select 1 response. Many replies you receive will be good, **so make sure to wait at least a few hours for several answers to roll in.** Then select which response you felt was the very best for you and your particular situation. **If you’re one of the helpful people here who help to answer’s newbies questions…** We’re constantly amazed and delighted at how helpful everyone is, and we know that most of the answers here are at least “good” quality. This is just a way for a new user to indicate what was _most_ helpful to them personally, often as someone who’s completely new to the wild world of [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/shop/). If your response isn’t selected, it doesn’t mean it wasn’t good. It just may not have been the best for a particular’s users situation. That’s ok. It’s just feedback, and we all learn when we listen to feedback. The upside is that it’ll allow the people who are extra helpful to be recognized for their insights. It’ll also let us all learn what’s really most important to newer users. Most of us have been using pheromones so long, we don’t remember what it’s like being new! 🙂 Jasmin PS – Remember to have fun, everyone! Might i suggest that you leave this thread unanswered on purpose? As soon as i came to the Introductions section, the bright red letters in the sticky area grabbed my attention and i immediately went to go check out what was up. I figure a similar situation would most likely be the case for new people checking out the forums and thinking about joining. That way, all the new people who come in get educated in the new system quickly, and all the older members instantly notice the change and go check it out. Just a suggestion though. Cheers! ---

Just a reminder to the new members. As Jasmin has mentioned, to be fair to all the great members of the forum who take time to welcome you and answer your questions, give at least **24 hours before you vote or at least until several replies come in.** Often the first answer is not the one you will find best fits your needs or after a few replies you find one that connects more for you. Only the person who started the thread can vote on the response and if he/she posts twice in the thread his/her own post can be voted on. I dont know if Jasmin could work it were it didnt do that. Alot of members just vote for the first responder no matter what is said . Frankly I dont think its a very good system because there are alot of excellent responses to the intros. Alot of members really take the time to personalize it and think about what they are suggesting. Tisha ---

Let’s just say, I was one to click the first answer. This was after I replied telling the person how thankful I was because of their instant deep understanding. The reply was to my hello post. The person exceeded any single answer by looking at what I said about myself, and informing me on 3 different products with 3 scenarios to use them in. I have no regrets. Except for not reading this post first as so I don’t come off as belligerent. Sorry for the slip, but the answer I received had been thought threw, and truly genuine. ---

To whom it may interest :::::: I have order a few product from A.P.R on the 1 July 2013 now we are 3 July 2013 And I have received a tracking number for DHL by mail .. I had personally call DHL to inquire about the package today DHL told me they only received shipping address but they are still waiting for the package … On the site they say the the product will be posted on the same day and its quick if you used DHL but its now 3days now and DHL didn’t received any package yet .. I just hope that the A.P.R company is not a fake one as many others on the net . And in the event am didn’t a mistake an that I received my products with DHL and it what I do have order an paid for about 200 bucks . I will post another message to confirm that I received the goods .. Just hope that A.P.R is really a company you can trust or NOT will see.. Thank you ---

As of today, we have taken down the “Answered/Unanswered” functions of the Introductions section, because it was going 96% unused. And it was really ugly! There was this sea of RED “Unanswered” tags at the beginning of every thread… What an eyesore! Newbies, if someone had given you a really great answer, you can give them rep points, either by pressing the little heart button under their name, or tapping the “Thanks” button. I’m sure all the veteran phero users out there can use a good pat on the back for helping all our new friends get the hang of things. 2014’s the BEST TIME _to_ be here, whether you’re a newbie or a veteran phero user, alike. We will be rolling out huge changes, things we’ve been bakin’ for years.
