I am not the most attractive guy, slightly overweight, and its not against the norm for me to be called greasy. I am wondering what Pheros will make my life easier and have a chance of being the guy with the hot girl. What are the the simplest, most rewarding mixtures that together are reasonable priced? ---

Hi New2Pheros, you asked a question that is not very easy to be answered. First of all, let me suggest you to read the Bootcamp in this forum section and the post by Tisha “what pheromones do and don’t do for you” in the women’s section. After this, if you wish to know which Pheros may suit to you, I suggest you to buys some TOGO samples of AMMO, TUTH, Instant shine, Instant Openness and maybe also [Instant Gentleman](https://a314.com/product/gentleman/). somebody may suggest you to take also a bottle of A314 but, even if it’s very good, it’s also quite expensive. maybe try [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) first its a stand-alone colonge and you don’t have to mix it with anything, just spray n go, after a few weeks testing you could add others and start mixing. ---

My 2 cent, First of all, do not expect too much from Pheromones at first. They take time to work with your own body chemstry and you will learn first how to use them. It´ll take a 1-4 month, till you find your sweet spots and learn how to use it, and how long they will last for you. See Pheromones as an Social Accessory like a good haircut and nice clothing. As i started using them, i generaly take a closer look at myself. In fact i started drinking more (water), got myself a new haircut, new cloth even a new cologne (Acqua di Gio). Yes, i changed a bit of myself. First it feels like a little acting. But after a while i realised, that it is really me. The me befor i start using Pheromones was kind of “asleep”. Now i feel awake. More in Life. I do not know if all of this came from the Pheromones, but if you are unsatisfied with your life than you will have to change a little more. I name a few helpers wich are worth every cent for me: A314: First of all i started loosing weigth after the first week till now. Lost about 3,5kg. Without being on diet. Than of course it gave me focus at work, more respect from my employees. It really worked good for me. Instant Shine: I just love that stuff, because lifts my mood and combi well with the A314. Ammo: It´s just a perfect Sand alone Product. Very nice cologne. Smells really nice and i head more than one hit. So if you don´t like to spend hundrets of $$ maybe you just start with one product with is recommanded most. Probably Ammo. Its very good for attraction. For me it works good but not every day and not with every woman. It seems my wife is more resitent 🙂 She likes the scent and got a few hit on her too, but over all P83 works a little better. Probably becourse seh knows me for over 10 years now… Maybe analyse your Problem with women first. First of all, take a few weeks and read as much as possible about the products here. Forget about buying Experimones and Putatives at first. Stay with the mainline. Analyse the Problems you have with women. There can be different Problems where one Prodct may be a better choice than another. And you shouldn´t expect too much from [Pheromones](https://a314.com/). They are not… listen… NOT a magic wonder Item. I had to learn my sweet spots, and find the right Pheros for me as probably everyone on the forum. It takes time. Do not give up, even if you have not a single hit the first month. They will come if you change yourself. Thats the trick in my opinion. My life changed quite a bit after starting with pheros. But i wasn´t the the Pheros alone. I changed myself. I take a closer look at myself, i keep an eye on how people look at me. And so on. The Products that do most for me are: A314. First i bought it becourse of the VIP Effect. After appling it every day (except weekend) for 2 Month i would never give it away. I never got treaded like a VIP but i´m more focsed at work. more concentrated an i started loosing weight… yes about 3,5kg without being on diet. Cool.. isn´t it? Ammo. It is first of all a very good cologne. And it makes me feel like tom cruise in top gun. It´s my Instant Maverick. Not good while driving, but great to come out of myself. And my wife likes it too. Got more than one hit, but all from other girls. My wife seems a little resistent. So maybe i would recommend Ammo and or A314. But A314 may be the wrong getting contact with women. Its more for yourself. ---

Pheromones will enhance what you have when what you wear is congruent with your behaviour and personality. Spraying pheros on you wont make women jump on you by any means, or make your life better without you putting the effort in.I beleive it was said before, pheromones have the tendancy of working best on people who are quite socially adept, outgoing and successful with girls already. You might wanna look into the game by neil strauss and the mystery method to get you started, if you want to be more successful with women. ---

there is nothing really for me to add about the pheros but it sounds to me like you need a life change(i myself am doing this you are not alone). you can the the game, mystery method like mentioned i have not read those but i came across David Wygants website. This guy doesnt feed you any bullshit, his advise has really helped me out. Read his blog there is some good information on it about just being a better man and being more attractive towards women. Agreed with ProtoJay, simply having a negative self attitude will sink even the most attractive of guys. You need to be willing to work on yourself physcially (lose weight, improve appearance etc) and mentally (more positive thinking would be a start). If you are expecting hot women to jump on you because you sprayed some chemicals on yourself, then save youself some money and dont buy any pheros. ---

I agree with the advice above. Most weight loss programs say “It starts with you.” If you dont take care of yourself and care for yourself first, you cant expect anyone else to think highly of you. If you dont look your best, or even try to look your best, then no mone will help you. You have to want to be the best person you can be. That starts with you, then u add mones to your arsenal. Try a good hair cut, a good wardrobe, and a good non mone cologne like aqua di gio or tommy for starts. Thats my advice. Peace and good luck.
