Yup - Both the same. [MX297](https://pheromonelabs.com/product/mx297/) is in Akuto whilst MX390 is in F21 (Ammo). Not tried the stealth versions yet.

Its best suited for those who have social anxiety. Can you please elaborate a bit more on what you experience in the day or two after using 297? Do you feel anxious or depressed?
