# What's going on everybody

Hi Jay,

There is quite a bit of research going on in the area of pheros, just not much is reported in mainstream media. Check out the studies section of the forums here.

Now, to get started I suggest you consdier [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/), a great product for attracting women, it has somewhat of a cult following amongst members here. Now after the attraction stage and you have built up rapport with a woman Turn up the heat, applied at the right time in the right dose can help to convert with a woman, if that makes sense 😉
