CTTM Mix 2 is much older and rougher than what you get when you combine Instant Openness and Instant Honesty. I worked harder to reduce the negatives of beta-nol in Instant Honesty, especially.
Unmodified beta-nol can definitely be a “head trip”, with unwanted emotive self-effects. I had some issues with it myself.
So if you like the effect of CTTM on others, but want fewer negatives, I’d try IO + IH.
Also, with IO + IH, you can contour the social effect better that way, with independent control over each social aspect (you can think of Instant Honesty more as an “Instant Intimacy” factor, but with a non-embarssing embarassing label).
