Hey rut!šŸ™‚ In terms of dosages , we canā€™t tell you what dosage to wear and how many sprays because everyone is different and so that is something you have to find out through testing. Trial and error, that is the fun of it. Now, I know it seems like we have all these products and info and it may be overwhelming. STOP! TAKE IT SLOW You are a newbie so start with the instant lines. You wear the product or products that best suits your situation. Fortunately we love our clients so much we have two options for this. You can tell us your situation on the forum and we ladies will take you under our wing and guide you through OR call Steve our [pheromone](https://a314.com/shop/) expert and have a one on one phone consultation with him. This pheromone testing thing requires patience and understanding. The stickies are great and they helped all of us a lot, every so often I go over them again to remind me of certain things. We can get over excited and forget stuff.
