I have a big bottle of tuth and am 25 years old when going clubbing how many sprays should I use and where to apply it? ---

Start with one spray to any of your pulse points… wrists, neck etc and see what happens after a few outings. If nothing, try two sprays and so on. You can’t really OD on this one - except the fragrance might be the limiting factor if you start bathing in it. ---

Apply the TUTH to your pulse points or anywhere on your body that generates the most heat. I find that the side or back of my neck works OK for me. Start with one spray, then work your way up to 2 or higher to find your sweet spot, but be careful. Xiphoid is right, androstenone is very easy to OD on and can provoke aggression in other men. At best, you might ‘ghost’ and people will ignore you. Musk ---

Yeah, it’s _[Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/)_ that’s hard to OD on. I manage to overdose on TUTH at 4 sprays, and I’m 40 and overweight ( = not much 'none production) ---

i also got bottles of instant shine, instant openess, ammunition and a314 can i mix any of this with tuth if so and how should i apply? Thanks for help! ---

Yes, you can _layer_ them ie use more than 1 in a combo (mixing is different) but I would concentrate of getting a _good_ grip on the _individual_ phero’s first bef ore you start with combo’s. You need to find your sweet spot for each first 🙂 ---

Good idea. Always find out what works best for you, with the result you want, with individual products first is the way to go. If you want to layer with a non-mone scent, it shouldn’t hurt. Same if you want to composite the non-mone scent with the mones for a day or so in a bottle… But get a grip on the individual effects first, then only mix two mones together when you know what each should do. Together they will do something different than you expected - but note what happens. Keep a log (and log it all here too lol!) ---

Sorry, yes quite right about the ODing on this. TUTH TUTH TUTH… I read this and my brain tells me it says truth and I assumed we were talking about IH. Sorry, I stand corrected. It was late last night OK and this hadn’t had a reply for hours… :-)And yes I’d say at your age its not going to take many shot of TUTH to OD. ---

at 25 you can really od on none easily. I am 24 and I rarely can use it. The only way I have been able utilize tuth with out an od is to shower right before I go out. Then (even though Jasmin advises against this) I put a half spray in each armpit then put deodorant over it. That seems to moderate the dose of tuth and give me some good hits. Hope that helps.
