New to the [pheromone](https://a314.com/) thing but damn this might set me up to the top. I have done plenty of research and decided to give it a try to add to my everyday “sarging”. I went ahead and ordered some “AMMO” and some “IS” yesterday. Received it today. WOW unbelievable shipping. Going to the club this weekend any suggestions on how to tactically go about using this stuff. I am 26, O positive blood type, and my testerone levels are up. Thanks everyone ---

Hello PartyBOY Welcome to PheroTalk 🙂 Yay good choices Ammo and [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/), you went ahead and got them already super cool, I would start out with max 2 sprays of Ammo and maybe 3 sprays of Ishine, Ishine can be applie up to 5 sprays just becarefull of Ammo as it’s your 1st time soo see how it goes for yourself. Yeah the shipping rocks for you guys over there in the States, if your testorone levels are high it means your probally producing some natural androstenone yourself soo just keep an eye out on Ammo when you 1st apply as you dont want to od and over do it soo everyone avoids you at the party but Im sure you’ll be fine Ammo is very well buffered and balanced. Keep us posted with your results at the part, great place to test them out around plenty of targets to gage how it works for yourself. Welcome again party boy 🙂 Ciao “J” 😛 ---

hi there, party boy, welcome to the forum 🙂 great neme 😃 so clubbing, have fun. have you applied your mones yet? i suggest that you try 1 spray of [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/), and 4 sprays of IShine… this gives u an equal balance of -none and TAA. since you are producing quite a bit of anone right now… i suggest that you dont over do it with the -none because there is the chance of OD-ing. I am suggesting 4 sprays of Ishine to possibly buffer the anone… if you are feeling a little adventurous, you might try 2 of ammo, and 5 of Ishine… its up to you have fun again 😃 bond ---

chest or wrists for ammo… neck, wrists, hair, chest for Ishine. the main places to spray mones is the pulse points. bond ---

Hello welcome to the forum 🙂 First off don’t spray your nuts, not now or later. The bacteria in the groin and pit area rapidly converts the [pheromones](https://a314.com/) and makes them useless really. It also makes the pheromones smell worse. Plus skin is very sensitive in this area and reports of irritation and burning have occured when sprayed in this area. Chest, neck, back of neck, wrists, forearms, jaw line, hair for products not containing Androstenone. These are all good places to start. You can also spray them on the chest down toward the groin area if your walking around with no shirt but not right on your package.
